摘要: A drive train for driving a working unit of a self-propelled harvester is disclosed. The drive train includes a selectable belt drive with a drive belt, which operationally combines a drive belt pulley and an output belt pulley. The output belt pulley of the belt drive is operationally connected to the working unit via a drive shaft. The drive train comprises a clutch system, combining the functions of a belt clutch and an overload clutch into a single construction unit, with the response characteristic of the overload clutch system being hydraulically adjustable.

摘要: Motorized door assemblies having a door pivoting about a pivot axis extending across opposing jambs. In one aspect, the assembly includes a motor assembly having a motor, drive gears, slip clutch, and driven shaft connected to the door to pivot it about the pivot axis. The slip clutch includes a clutch plate slideable along the driven shaft, a drive plate driven by the motor via the drive gears, and a clutch spring urging the clutch plate into engagement with the drive plate, where the clutch and drive plates have profiled and counter-profiled faces. In another aspect, a break beam emitter and receiver are mounted to respective ones of the opposing jambs along a beam axis extending parallel to the pivot axis and proximate to an edge of the door opposite the pivot axis. Interruption of a light beam projected therebetween alters operation of a motor assembly.

摘要: A load connecting mechanism includes a mounting portion, a contact portion, and a force-exerting portion. The mounting portion is configured to mount the load connecting mechanism to a power source and a load, respectively. The contact portion is disposed on the mounting portion and includes two slidably coupled contact faces. The force-exerting portion is configured to provide a force to the contact faces in an axial direction of the power source to make the contact faces closely slidably couple to each other. Through the slidable coupling relationship between the contact faces, power of the power source is progressively transmitted to the load and finally drives the load to rotate in synchronization with the power source. The present invention further provides a motor driving assembly and a fan. The mechanism can satisfy the needs of bidirectional rotation of a load such as a fan and of large startup torque.

摘要: A slip clutch includes a driven member, a spring, at least one friction plate interfacing with the driven member and an adjustment nut. The friction plate is pressed against the driven member through the combination of the spring and adjustment nut. The adjustment nut has multiple lobes and profiled surfaces between the lobes having a smaller radius from the axis of rotation of the clutch than the lobes. A hub extends along the axis through the driven member, spring, friction plate, and adjustment nut. The adjustment nut is rotationally fixed with respect to the hub.

摘要: A torque limiter assembly includes a drive disc, a driven disc, a pressure plate, an offset plate, a bladder, a first clutch lining, and a second clutch lining. At least a portion of the bladder contacts the offset plate. The pressure plate is separated from the offset plate via a plurality of offset members and the first clutch lining is disposed between the drive disc and the driven disc. The second clutch lining is disposed between the drive disc and the pressure plate. The bladder is pressurized to set a threshold torque at which the clutch of the assembly begins to slip. The assembly further includes a central hub. The central hub has bolts which extend radially therefrom and which secure the central hub to a shaft. The bolts are positioned between the pressure plate and the offset plate.
