    摘要: In a vibration actuator using a magnetic circuit device (14), a supporting arrangement (23) elastically supports the magnetic circuit device. A coil (17) is inserted into a magnetic gap (15) of the magnetic circuit device and is supported by a vibration plate (19). The vibration actuator has a first operation mode in which the magnetic circuit device mainly vibrates to transmit vibration through the vibration plate to the outside, a second vibration mode in which the coil mainly vibrates to produce a buzzer sound through the vibration plate, and a third vibration mode in which the magnetic circuit device and the coil mainly vibrate to produce a sound corresponding to a speech through the vibration plate.

    摘要: A hydraulic dynamic pressure bearing motor has a rotational shaft mounted to undergo rotation about a rotational axis and having a shaft section and a flange section. A sleeve has a cavity for receiving the rotational shaft. A cover member is disposed over an open end of the sleeve cavity. A hydraulic dynamic pressure bearing includes minute radial and thrust clearances disposed between outer surface portions of the shaft and flange sections of the rotational shaft and inner surface portions of the sleeve and the cover member. A lubricating fluid is disposed in the minute radial and thrust clearances. The minute radial and thrust clearances are dimensioned so that during a non-rotational state of the rotational shaft, the flange section of the rotational shaft contacts preselected inner surface portions of the sleeve and the cover member while the shaft section of the rotational shaft does not contact any portion of the sleeve and an inner peripheral surface of the cover member.

    摘要: A vibration actuator includes an electromechanical transducer having a magnetic circuit (1-4) and a driving coil (5), a support frame (9), and a damper (270) elastically supporting the magnetic circuit onto the support frame to flexibly damp the vibration of the magnetic circuit when a driving AC current is supplied to the coil (5). The damper (270) comprises inner and outer ring portions (271, 272) and a plurality of spiral spring portions (273) determined by a plurality of spiral slits (274, 275) formed in the damper. In order to reduce the spiral spring portion determined by the adjacent two spiral slits in its compliance, each of the spiral spring portions has an effective spring length determined by an effective angle (&thgr;) which is determined as an angle (by angular degree) from an inner end of the inner spiral slit to an outer end of the outer spiral slit defining each respective spiral spring portion around a center of the damper. The effective angle is 55 angular degree or more. In a preferable example, the effective spring length is determined by a product (r·&thgr;) of an average radius (r) value by the unit of “mm” and the effective angle (&thgr;) value by unit of the angular degree. The effective spring length is selected to 320 or more, and preferably 400 or more.

    摘要: The opening of an oil container 11 for storing oil 12 is sealed airtight with a cover member 32. A one-sided-bag-shaped fluid dynamic pressure bearing 10 is seated on an O-ring 25 and fixed airtight onto the upper surface of a bearing seating 30. Inanexhaust position with the distal end portion of an injection tube 36 positioned away from an oil level, the inside of the oil container 11 is evacuated by a vacuum pump 22 through a suction/exhaust passage including a suction/exhaust through-hole 17, thus turning the inside of the one-sided-bag-shaped fluid dynamic pressure bearing (10) into a vacuum. In this state, a control device drives a moving device to raise the oil container 11 to an injection position and releases the suction/exhaust passage to the atmosphere. This causes the oil 12 to be injected into the one-sided-bag-shaped fluid dynamic pressure bearing 10 through an oil injection passage including the injection tube 36.
