摘要： A method for assembling bearing rings in an elongated sleeve member consisting of the steps of forming a roller shell with three sections of varying wall thicknesses separated by angular circumferentially extending shoulders, deforming the shoulder between the middle section and one end section to form a ring-shaped radially, inwardly directed projection by axial displacement of the shoulder. A bearing ring is inserted in the interior of the shell member so that one axial end face engages the first radially oriented projection formed and deforming the shoulder between the middle section and the other end section to form a second radially inwardly directed projection by axial displacement of the shoulder which confronts the opposite axial end face of the bearing ring.

Two sets of rollers roll between the outer tracks of the outer ring and the inner tracks of the inner rings. The swivel mounting is constructed such that the outer ring with the first inner ring and the second inner ring forms one axial slide bearing at a time.

摘要： Two springs inserted in series, which press a tension roller against a drive belt, are provided in a tension device for a drive belt. The tension spring essentially effects adjustment of the tension roller during assembly and after that effectively is inoperative. The working spring is active during operation and within a limited range of adjustment of the tension roller. The tensions of the two springs are designed so that during assembly equilibrium of forces exists at a middle working point within the path of adjustment. These features result in a simple and precise adjustment during assembly.

摘要： In a swivel bearing for a braking device the fixed machine part is provided with a flange which has friction surfaces for damping the swivel motion. A flange sleeve made of sheet metal axially and radially surrounds a flange which adjoins the front side of a sleeve section belonging to the swivel arm. The resulting annular space contains, besides the flange, an axially acting spring washer. The flange sleeve itself may optionally have an axial spring action. The flange sleeve is secured axially and against torsion at the sleeve section by means of a turned edge or similar means. The result is a compact arrangement which does not easily disassemble, even in an unmounted condition.

摘要： A tensioning mechanism for drive belts which consists of a support arm, a rotating tensioning roll mounted on the arm, and a pivot bearing on the support arm a certain distance away from the tensioning roll. The tensioning mechanism is attached together with a mounting plate by a fastener to a machine block. A spring urges the tensioning roll away from the mounting plate and toward the drive belt. In the area of the pivot bearing, the mounting plate has, in the axial direction of the bearing, a fork-shaped cross section with shank sections which support the pivot bearing on both sides, radially and axially, by way of the fastener.

摘要： A clutch release, in particular for automobile clutches, comprises a sliding sleeve having a radially outwardly directed flange and an annular groove, a clutch release bearing having an outer ring with a flange that slidably abuts the sliding sleeve flange, and a generally oval-shaped spring ring having a pair of mutually parallel guiding surfaces. The spring ring is arranged between the outer ring and the annular groove at points mutually displaced in the axial direction. The bearing is arranged to rotate relative to the sliding sleeve in the circumferential direction within predetermined limits and to move in a radial direction along the guiding surfaces by overcoming a radially acting frictional force between the slidably abutting flanges. The spring ring has a substantially bow-shaped profile and is slotted. The inner ring of the bearing has a radially outwardly directed pressure flange for abutting with the diaphragm spring of a clutch.

摘要： Apparatus for making a molded plastic roller with embedded bearings. The roller is formed directly on a bearing or the like by injecting plastic into a mold by way of an umbrella sprue. The tool parts are arranged so that the shearing surface, formed after shearing off of the sprue residue when the mold is opened, is located on the outer surface of the inner collar portion. The molding tool comprises two tool parts for forming the outer surfaces of the rolling body, at least one tool part having a molding portion for forming an annular recess in the roller, and a cylindrical tool part inserted in the bearing, or the like and having a mushroom-shaped head. A back taper of the molding portion for forming the annular recess and the edge of the head together define an annular clearance through which plastic material is injected. The head has a planar surface which covers the bearing or the like and serves as the molding surface for the sides of the inner collar portion, and a spherical surface for defining the umbrella sprue.

The outer cylindrical sleeve comprises two portions of different inner diameter and a bead connecting the portions. One portion fixedly contacts the non-rotating bearing ring and the end face of the annular piston flange, and the other portion covers a portion of the outer sliding surface of the annular piston. The compression spring is arranged between the bead of the outer cylindrical sleeve and the flange of the housing.
