摘要: Disclosed herein are systems and techniques for producing complex components using a reinforced thermoplastic material. The complex components can include contoured or curved outer surfaces, and in some cases define a cavity. In certain examples, one or more thermoplastic materials are arranged to form a wheel component, such as that adapted to define a rim of the bicycle. Thermal bonding can be used to join multiple reinforced thermoplastic materials to one another in order to form a cavity of the wheel component or other complex shape. In certain examples, a portion of a tooling assembly can be pressurized to maintain a shape of the cavity during thermal bonding and cooling. This can remove the need for a sacrificial bladder or other structure that would maintain the shape of the cavity, allowing for a seamless final component, optionally absent indicia of bladder exit or other seams.

摘要: The disclosure provides a method for surface treatment of a composite material part and the prepared part. The method comprises the steps of: (1) providing a surface of a carbon fiber composite material part; (2) preparing a surface protection layer; (3) polishing the carbon fiber reinforced resin-based composite material surface after transparent powder is cured; (4) spraying transparent powder to the carbon fiber reinforced resin-based composite material surface after the transparent powder thereon is cured and curing it; (5) polishing the carbon fiber reinforced resin-based composite material surface after the transparent powder is cured; and (6) spraying a clear lacquer to the carbon fiber reinforced resin-based composite material surface after the transparent powder is cured and curing it.

The problem to be solved by the invention is that of improving the production of the wheel rim, and especially to ensure a reliably functioning wheel structure which can be achieved with little financial and technical outlay. 摘要: Disclosed is a flywheel intended for energy storage, including a cylindrical mass body including a main material with compression resistance of at least 25 MPa, such as concrete, the body being surrounded on at least one portion of the outer surface thereof with fibers, the material that makes up the fibers having a tensile strength of at least 100 Mpa. The tension of winding the fibers around the body leads to the compression of the main material, and the tension applied to the fibers is such that the stress exerted on the material of the mass body is at least equal to half of the maximum acceptable stress, the maximum stress being lower than the compression yield strength of the material that makes up the mass body, the material of the latter thus being pre-stressed.

摘要: Preforms for use in fiber-reinforced composites, fiber-reinforced composites, and methods for making thereof are disclosed. One method includes interweaving a plurality of warp yarns with a single weft yarn so as to form a tubular woven structure with a central axis. The preform can be woven using an endless or tubular weaving technique, and can be woven so as to have two or more diameters along a length thereof. The preform can include one or more layers of a fabric formed on or attached to one or both surfaces of the tubular woven structure. The end structure can be a part of a window frame, a wheel rim, or a combustor in a jet engine.

摘要: The present invention provides a sheet conveying roller, which effectively reduces the amount of paper dust accumulated on its outer peripheral surface to thereby suppress sheet transportation failure. The sheet conveying roller includes a nonporous tubular elastic member (1). The elastic member (1) has a plurality of recesses (6) or a plurality of through-holes (8) equidistantly arranged in a center axis (L1) direction thereof and equidistantly arranged in a circumferential direction thereof, and each having an opening having a round plan shape in an outer peripheral surface (2) thereof, wherein the recesses (6) each have a constant depth as measured thicknesswise of the elastic member (1), wherein the through-holes (8) each extend thicknesswise through the elastic member (1). A production method includes forming the elastic member by vulcanizing a rubber composition in a vulcanization mold having projections corresponding to the recesses or the through-holes.

摘要: A wheel assembly for a remote vehicle comprises a wheel structure comprising a plurality of spokes interconnecting a rim and a hub. The spokes comprise at least one slit extending therethrough radially inward from the rim to the hub. The assembly also comprises a flipper structure comprising an arm, a plurality of legs, and an attachment base. The plurality of legs and the attachment base comprise a four-bar linkage. The assembly further comprises an insert comprising a bore with a flat surface that tapers outward from a top portion to a bottom portion of the insert. The insert being configured to couple the flipper structure to the wheel structure via an axle on the remote vehicle and prevent backlash between the axle and the flipper structure. The flipper structure being configured to transmit axial forces to the wheel structure. The wheel structure being configured to absorb radial and axial forces.
