Abstract:
The machine includes an actuation chain which is closed in a loop and is provided with a plurality of seats which perform a corresponding closed path, moving from a side for loading individual products to a side for unloading rows of products. A swinging conveyor is arranged at the loading side and, in the row unloading pauses and during the movement thereof, moves in a stepwise manner and aligns with the individual seats in order to deposit therein the continuously fed products.
Abstract:
Heat-sealing device including mutually opposite active heads that are associated with respective counter-rotating driving shafts and are subjected to the action of cam elements that move the heads along a path that is partially parallel to a continuous tubular container that includes the products to be packaged. The oppositely arranged active heads, during the rotation of the respective counter-rotating driving shafts, move mutually closer to clamp the tubular container in the region that separates one product from the other and to perform the heat-sealing of that region and the cutting of the container that separates each package from the adjacent one. A planetary-gear system is interposed between the active heads and the corresponding driving shaft to make the individual heads, during the rotation of the driving shaft, perform a revolving motion that keeps them parallel to themselves, and to cause the mutual approach of the mutually opposite heads in a mutually parallel relationship along an approach path that is substantially perpendicular to the tubular container.
Abstract:
The conveyor comprises a plurality of main conveyance units with respective conveyor belts that move in a main conveyance direction and at least one sorting unit which is interposed between two main conveyance units and is provided with an auxiliary belt and with a sorting belt. Each one of the main conveyance units comprises a frame, for supporting the respective conveyor belt, which is supported so that it is cantilevered from one side of the base structure to allow to extract and install the belt, after loosening it, at the other side of the base structure; the sorting units are provided with castors and can slide out with respect to the main units by means of a movement at right angles to the main conveyance direction.
Abstract:
The apparatus evens up articles arriving on a flow smoothing belt (12) and leaving on a downstream belt (26) for feeding a wrapping machine, and provided with equidistant ledges (28) separating groups of articles, and with at least one corrector belt (16, 18), driven by a variable-speed motor (20, 22) for transferral of the articles to the downstream belt. The apparatus comprises: a detector (30) of the ledges in said downstream belt, adapted to supply a signal at the instant when each ledge passes a predetermined position; a first tachometer (40) adapted to supply a signal proportional to the speed of said downstream belt; an article-position detector (60, 62) for each corrector belt, adapted to deliver a signal at the instant when each article enters said corrector belt; and a microprocessor (80, 82) for each corrector belt, connected for receiving the signals generated by said ledge detector, from said first tachometer and from said article-position detector for the associated corrector belt, and connected for delivering a speed-control signal to the motor of said corrector belt, and programmed for controlling the speed of the associated corrector belt to a base value which is proportional to the speed of the downstream belt by a predetermined constant, and for instantaneously changing said base value of the speed by an additive corrective constant which is proportional to the product of said base speed and the position error of the article entering the corrector belt.
