    摘要： A sash lock assembly is used with a sash window assembly having an upper sash window and a lower sash window slidable within tracks of a master frame. The sash lock assembly includes a keeper adapted to be connected to the upper sash window, a housing adapted to be connected to the lower sash window, a rotor positioned within the housing, a handle having a shaft extending through the housing and connected to the rotor, and a selectable stop member. The rotor is moveable between a locked position, wherein the rotor engages the keeper, and an unlocked position, wherein the rotor does not engage the keeper. Movement of the handle moves the rotor between the locked position and the unlocked position. The anti-rotation device includes a stop member and is moveable between a first position, wherein the stop member blocks movement of the rotor from the locked position to the unlocked position, and a second position, wherein the stop member does not block movement of the rotor.

    摘要： A sash lock assembly is suitable for use with a sash window assembly including an upper sash window and a lower sash window slidable within a master frame, the upper sash window having a keeper connected thereto. The sash lock assembly includes a housing adapted to be mounted on the lower sash window, a cam positioned within the housing, an actuator handle, and an anti-rotation device. The housing has an opening therein. The actuator handle extends through the opening in the housing and is connected to the cam such that the actuator handle and the cam rotate together between a locked position, wherein the cam is adapted to engage the keeper, and an unlocked position, wherein the cam is adapted to disengage from the keeper. The anti-rotation device includes a protrusion positioned on the housing. When the sash lock assembly is in the locked position, the protrusion engages an engaging surface on the actuator handle to prevent rotation of the actuator handle.

    摘要： A tilt-latch structure or assembly (10) is used in a window assembly (11). The window assembly (11) has a sash window (12) slidable within a master frame (14) between a pair of guide rails (16), each guide rail (16) forming a shoe channel (17). A block and tackle balance assembly (70) is mounted in the shoe channel (17). The block and tackle balance assembly (70) includes a retainer (41) affixed thereto. The retainer (41) includes a projection (102). A tilt-latch (40) having a housing (42) is supported by the sash window (12) and includes an outward end opening (53). The tilt-latch (40) also includes a latch bolt (46) slidably retained within the housing (42) and having a distal end (60). The latch bolt (46) is slidable between an extended position and a retracted position. The distal end (60) has an aperture (62). When the sash window (12) is in a closed position, the aperture (62) of the latch bolt (46) receives the projection (102) of the retainer (41).

    摘要： An integrated tilt/sash lock assembly for a sash window is disclosed. The sash window assembly has an upper sash window and a lower sash window slideable within a master frame, the integrated assembly has a keeper adapted to be connected to the upper sash window. A rotor assembly is adapted to be supported by the lower sash window, the rotor assembly having a rotor connected to a spool. A latch bolt is adapted to be supported by the lower sash window and is adapted to engage the master frame. A connector has a first end connected to the spool and a second end connected to the latch bolt. An actuator is connected to the rotor assembly. The actuator has a locked position wherein the rotor engages the keeper. The actuator is moveable to an unlocked position wherein the rotor assembly is disengaged from the keeper, and is further moveable to a tiltable position wherein the connector retracts the latch bolt from the master frame.
