摘要: This invention concerns the production of a multilayer fiber product. According to the method, on top of a bottom layer consisting of at least one fiber layer, a second fiber layer is fitted containing filler that forms the surface layer. According to the invention, the layers are formed by multilayer web forming technology, and the surface layer filler includes cellulose or lignocellulose fibrils, on which light-scattering material particles are deposited, having a maximum proportion of the total filler weight of 85%. By means of the invention, a base paper is achieved that is suited to thin, coated paper grades, where conventionally the intrusion of the coating color into the bottom paper and through it is a problem.

摘要: The invention relates to a fiber web and a method for preparing it. The fiber web comprises a filler-containing base web, which is possibly coated with a pigment-containing coating layer. According to the invention, 5-100% of the filler in the base web is made up of cellulose fibrils or lignocellulose fibrils with light-scattering material particles deposited thereon. These coated cellulose fibrils or lignocellulose fibrils constitute at maximum approx. 70% of the weight of the base web. The base web according to the invention contains more than 20% less retention agents than does a web which has the same formation but in which more than 95% of the filler is made up of filler particles known per se.

摘要: The present invention concerns a process for depositing rare earth oxide thin films, especially yttrium, lanthanum and gadolinium oxide thin films by an ALD process, according to which invention the source chemicals are cyclopentadienyl compounds or rare earth metals, especially those of yttrium, lanthanum and gadolinium. Suitable deposition temperatures for yttrium oxide are between 200 and 400° C. when the deposition pressure is between 1 and 50 mbar. Most suitable deposition temperatures for lanthanum oxide are between 160 and 165° C. when the deposition pressure is between 1 and 50 mbar.
