摘要: A fabric which is formed by a weaving system designed to automatically maintain a printed pattern in alignment with a woven pattern as the fabric is being formed. The printed pattern is printed onto the warp yarns. A controller is used to monitor the position of the printed pattern during the weaving process relative to the position of a woven pattern that is being formed into the fabric. Should the printed pattern and woven pattern fall out of alignment, the controller then alters the longitudinal size of the woven pattern, the printed pattern, or both patterns, in order to realign the patterns.

摘要: A mattress construction having a resilient core incorporating deformable foam either alone or in combination with integrated springs with a complimentary flame barrier fabric disposed in overlying relation to the resilient core. The flame barrier fabric has a stitch-bonded construction with elastomeric yarns extending in stitched relation through a fleece substrate of substantially inelastic character incorporating a percentage of flame retardant fibers. In a relaxed condition, the fleece substrate is bunched between stitch lines formed by the elastomeric yarns. Upon the application of tension, the barrier fabric stretches by the extension of the elastomeric stitching yarns in combination with a flattening of the fleece substrate.

摘要: A cleaning pad structure of stitch bonded construction incorporating one or more substrate layers of an absorbent nonwoven material with an optional additional fluid blocking substrate layer of polymer film or other suitable material in juxtaposed relation to the absorbent nonwoven layers. Stitching yarns are introduced in stitching relation through the substrate layers. One face of the pad defines a cleaning surface of raised yarn loops formed by the stitched yarns. The pad further includes an attachment surface facing away from the cleaning surface. The stitches of yarns across the attachment surface define an engagement surface for attachment to cooperating hooking elements across a surface of a mop head to define a hook and loop attachment system.

摘要: A method for forming a texture patterned fabric by selectively printing a corresponding pattern of heat absorbing fluid to the greige fabric to form zones of differential heat absorption capacity across the fabric. The differential heat absorption properties across the fabric are then used to selectively heat shrink yarns surrounding locations of fluid application.
