    摘要： The image forming device of the present invention relates to an image forming device having a moving member which moves while pressing a recording material against an image carrying member as the means of transferring the image on the image carrying member to the recording material. Further, the image forming device has a pair of moving members for fixing the image by conveying the recording material sandwiched therebetween, of which the moving member on the side not in contact with the unfixed image is a moving member having an elastic material layer and a resin surface layer. Further, the present invention has the surface of the moving member of the fixing member on the side not in contact with the unfixed image which is better mold releasability with that of the moving member of the image forming device.

    摘要： An image forming apparatus has an image supporting member for supporting a toner image, a transfer rotating member forming a nip with the image supporting member and electrostatically transferring the toner image formed on the image supporting member to a recording material, a fixing device for fixing the toner image to the recording material holding the toner image, and a guide member for guiding the recording material so that the angle between the direction of separation of the recording material from the transfer rotating member and the tangent to the image supporting member at the center of the nip is at least 2.degree. in a direction toward the image supporting member. The fixing device has a fixing rotating member, which contacts the toner image on the recording material and to which a bias of the same polarity as that of the toner is applied, and a pressure rotating member in pressure contact with the fixing rotating member so as to hold the recording material between the fixing rotating member and the pressure rotating member.

    摘要： An image forming device is provided with an image carrier and a transfer material adsorber and conveyor. The conveyor is provided for attaching a transfer material by an electrostatic force and for conveying in a first direction the transfer material to a position in which the image carrier is brought into contact at a transfer site. The conveyor comprises an electrical field generator for generating an electrical field downstream of the contact point with respect to the first direction. The electrical field generator is arranged on a side opposite to a surface in contact with the transfer material on the conveyor. The electrical field generator comprises a contact-type electricity feeder. An insulating layer is provided having a volume resistivity of at least 10.sup.14 .OMEGA.cm arranged on the side of the surface in contact with the image carrier, and a high resistance layer is further provided having a volume resistivity of between 10.sup.8 to 10.sup.14 .OMEGA.cm. A surface potential of the side in contact with the transfer material resulting from the electrical field generator has a potential gradient having a peak proximate to a position downstream of the contact point with respect to the first direction.
