    摘要: The present invention provides a mercury removal system and method for effectively removing a mercury component, which is present in a gas stream in an extremely small amount in wet gas cleaning used for coal or heavy oil gasification, petroleum refining and the like. The mercury removal system in wet gas cleaning comprises a water washing tower for introducing therein a target gas containing a mercury component and transferring the mercury component into an absorbing solution, a flush drum (10) for flushing the absorbing solution discharged from the water washing tower to separate the absorbing solution into a gas component and waste water, an oxidation treatment means (1) for adding an oxidizing agent to the absorbing solution at the preceding stage of the flush drum, and a waste water treatment means for subjecting to coagulation sedimentation treatment the separated waste water containing the mercury component at the following stage of the flush drum to dispose of the mercury component as sludge. The present invention also provides a mercury removal method using the above-described system.

    摘要: An object is to provide a gate valve capable of preventing operational deficiencies caused by particulate materials accumulating in a valve box, thus providing superior sealing properties and high durability, having a simple structure, and allowing inspection and maintenance to be performed easily. A gate valve installed in a transport line for transporting fluid containing particulate material at a coal gasification plant includes a valve box having an inlet portion and an outlet portion in which a channel constituting a part of the transport line is formed; a valve unit, provided between the inlet portion and the outlet portion, which extends in an opening-and-closing direction orthogonal to an axial direction of the channel, and which is movable in the opening-and-closing direction; a wedge plate provided between the valve unit and the inlet portion so as to extend in the opening-and-closing direction; and a guide plate provided between the valve unit and the outlet portion so as to extend in the opening-and-closing direction. Areas between the valve unit and the wedge plate and between and the valve unit and guide plate are sealed by means of surface contact.

The secondary heat exchanger B includes a casing 7 which includes an upper wall 70a and a bottom wall 70b which are so inclined that the inner surfaces thereof extend generally in parallel with the water tubes 5, and the upper and the lower gaps 79a and 79b have constant widths s2 and s3. Therefore, the amount of heat recovery from the combustion gas passing through the gaps 79a and 79b can be increased.

    摘要: According to the hot water supply apparatus of the present invention, it becomes possible to effectively prevent the dew condensation on a bypass line. While exhaust gas after passage through a heat exchanger 2 is passing through an exhaust gas collection section 14 and then through an exhaust gas tube 15, combustion air in the inside of an inlet air tube 16 and a supply air collection section 17 is heated by heat exchange. A bypass line 19 which connects together a water supply line 3 and a hot water supply line 5 is disposed so as to pass through a clearance 20 defined between a supply air duct 18 which supplies heated combustion air to an air sending fan 6 and a burner casing 10 whereby the bypass line 19 is heated by the heat of combustion air in the inside of the supply air duct 18. Alternatively, the bypass line 19 may be disposed and placed so as to pass through the inside of the supply air duct 18.

Drain flowing in the annular concave part 43 is prevented from flowing out around the outer tubular wall 42 and furthermore the exhaust adapter A can be accurately used for various types of exhaust pipes with different pipe diameters.
