    摘要: A boiler system having a generally cylindrical housing or shell includes a main or fire tube with a furnace or combustion chamber extending longitudinally near the bottom of the housing and a burner to accomplish combustion within the combustion chamber. The combustion chamber opens at its rear end to furnace tube sheet, and to a first set of tubes extending longitudinally of the boiler. The first set of tubes extends to and through the rear tube sheet of the boiler to a turnaround space, which transitions to a second set of tubes located above the combustion chamber and first set of tubes to generally span a length extending from the rear tube sheet of the boiler to the front tube sheet. The boiler system as disclosed has a reduced size while maintaining efficiency in steam and hot water applications.

    摘要: A forced convection fin tube condensing heat exchanger for supplying heat includes a shell, burner and fin tubes bundle. The burner is at the top of the shell, circular fin tubes bundle installed around the burner tightly, circularly and coaxially. The flue channel which is formed by the shell and a row of fin tubes bundle is below the burner. The flue flows along the flue channel to flue outlet. There are front and rear water manifolds at the two ends of the fin tubes. Water baffles inside the rear water manifold divide the rear water manifold into water inlet and outlet areas. The water enters the small portion of circular fin tubes bundle from water inlet area, through the front water manifold, back to the water outlet area via the main portion of the circular fin tubes bundle. The use of bended fin tube to improves efficiency.

    摘要: A fuel oil supply system for a portable fuel oil consuming device, representatively a portable oil fired construction heater includes supply and return fuel lines in communication with a remote fuel container in an anti-siphon configuration. One or more electrical heaters heat the fuel lines adjacent an integral pump of the consuming device. The fuel lines communicate with a partitioned volume of fuel within the container which is heated relative to a remaining volume as the fuel circulates. The pump and a combustion air blower of the device are located together with the heaters within an enclosure on the device such that air is drawn into the enclosure over the heaters and heat conducting surfaces of the pump by the blower for directing heated air through a combustion air duct of the blower which surrounds the burner and a main fuel line from the pump to the burner.
