    摘要: A scroll type compressor has a rotary shaft, a fixed scroll member, a movable scroll member and a rib. The fixed scroll member has a fixed end plate and a fixed scroll wall. The fixed end plate has first and second sides. The fixed scroll wall is formed on the first side. The movable scroll member has a movable end plate and a movable scroll wall. The movable scroll wall is formed on the movable end plate. The movable scroll member is adapted to make an orbital motion in accordance with the rotation of the rotary shaft whereby a compression chamber to decrease the volume of the compression chamber with the orbital motion of the movable scroll member is formed between the fixed scroll member and the movable scroll member. The rib is provided on the second side so as to extend behind the inner end of the fixed scroll wall.

    摘要: A compressor has auxiliary and main oil reservoir chambers that retain lubricant oil that is separated from refrigerant in an oil separation chamber. A part of the auxiliary oil reservoir chamber is defined by a peripheral wall of the oil separation chamber. An introducing passage for introducing lubricant oil in the oil separation chamber to the auxiliary oil reservoir chamber is formed in the peripheral wall. The inlet of the introducing passage opens to the oil separation chamber on the inner surface of the peripheral wall. The outlet of the introducing passage opens to the auxiliary oil reservoir chamber. The main oil reservoir chamber is located below the auxiliary oil reservoir chamber in the direction of gravity. A drain port for draining lubricant oil in the auxiliary oil reservoir chamber to the main oil reservoir chamber is formed in a bottom wall of the auxiliary oil reservoir chamber.

    摘要: A swash plate includes a boss, which is mounted on the drive shaft, and a plate portion, which extends from the boss to be inclined with respect to the drive shaft. A rotary valve includes a suction passage, which sequentially connects cylinder bores in a suction stroke via an associated guide passage. An introduction guide communicates with the shaft bore to introduce the refrigerant gas in the swash plate chamber to the rotary valve. The introduction guide faces the boss and extends in the radial direction from the shaft bore beyond the boss. Therefore, suction efficiency of refrigerant gas from the swash plate chamber to the cylinder bore has improved.

    摘要: Scroll compressors (1) may include a housing (2, 3) having an inlet port (3a) and an outlet port (3b). A drive scroll (10) may be rotatably disposed within the housing and may have a rotational axis. A driven scroll (20) may be rotatably disposed within the housing and may have a rotational axis. The driven scroll rotational axis preferably is offset with respect to the drive scroll rotational axis. Further, at least one compression chamber (30) is preferably defined between the drive scroll and the driven scroll. First bearings (14, 16, 16a) may rotatably support one of the drive scroll and the driven scroll in a straddle manner. A second bearing (24) may rotatably support the other of the drive scroll and the driven scroll in a cantilever manner. A transmission (31, 131, 231 and 331) or other device may be provided to rotate the driven scroll in synchronism with the drive scroll.

    摘要: When a rotary shaft of a scroll type compressor rotates and a movable scroll of the compressor makes an orbital movement around the axis of a rotary shaft by way of an eccentric shaft, refrigerant gas is supplied to compression chambers between a fixed scroll and the movable scroll. A first bearing rotatably supports the rotary shaft. A second bearing is provided between the movable scroll and the eccentric shaft to permit relative movement therebetween. A balance weight attached to the movable scroll dynamically balances the movable scroll during its rotation. A crank chamber accommodates the balance weight. A suction port is so provided in the housing as to communicate with the crank chamber, and permits the refrigerant gas to be supplied into the housing. A passage is formed in the balance weight, the eccentric shaft and the rotary shaft to supply the refrigerant gas into a first gap between the first bearing and the rotary shaft and a second gap between the second bearing and the movable scroll.
