摘要: Provided is a water-based ink composition for a ballpoint pen characterized by comprising at least colored resin particles which have an average particle diameter of 2 to 20 μm and which are non-thermoplastic in a proportion of 5 to 30% by weight based on the total amount of the ink composition and non-colored particles having a glass transition point of 60° C. or higher. The average particle diameter of the non-colored particles described above is controlled preferably to 0.01 to 10 μm. The water-based ink composition for a ballpoint pen described above further comprises preferably at least one selected from ethylene oxide or propylene oxide adducts of glycerin and ethylene oxide or propylene oxide adducts of diglycerin in a proportion of 1 to 30% by weight based on the total amount of the ink composition. The above water-based ink composition for a ballpoint pen is further stable with the passage of time and excellent in a writing performance, erasability by an eraser and abrasion resistance.

摘要: Provided is a water based ink having a metallic lustrous color for a ballpoint pen in which a metal powder pigment or aluminum powder and a complementary colorant (pigment or a colored water-insoluble polymer fine particles) are used as a colorant and further in addition to a thickener, a polar solvent and water, particularly a resin emulsion is used in combination to reduce the use amount of the thickener to thereby lower the viscosity. The ink is improved in follow-up property to be able to write continuously, develops a metallic color of a rainbow color on writing paper having a dark color and provides lines having water resistance and weatherability. The ink does not allow the metal powder and the pigment to settle and separate though the viscosity is low.

摘要: Letting fp be the frequency of a pixel clock, fs be the audio sampling frequency, and fa be the frequency of an audio clock to be reproduced, fa=384 fs=(N/M)fp, where N and M are frequency dividing ratios between the pixel clock and the audio clock of a frequency corresponding to the audio sampling frequency. When fs=48 kHz, M=27000 and N=18432, and when fs=44.1 kHz, M=30000 and N=18816. A VCO control unit detects a change in the audio sampling frequency fs from a control voltage Vctl output from a loop filter or from the frequency fo of an output clock of an oscillating unit, and then selects one of at least two VCOs.

摘要: An information signal processing method is provided which is to be used for special playback operations to make summary (digest) playback of image/voice data signals of a broadcast program. The method includes the steps of detecting a voice level or predetermined voice characteristic of each predetermined section from a predetermined image/voice information signal or an image/voice information signal resulted from predetermined band compression of the predetermined image/voice information signal and processing the voice signal as a predetermined segment section correspondingly to the result of detection and a predetermined set value; extracting predetermined characteristic data of each section of an image signal from the image/voice information signal and generating predetermined characteristic data indicative of an image feature of the predetermined section from the characteristic data; segmenting the image/voice information signal correspondingly to the image characteristic data, a signal resulted from segmentation of the voice and a predetermined time length or section length setting data; and recording a predetermined voice characteristic signal extracted from the voice signal on the basis of a segment of the image/voice information signal and the image feature data into a predetermined recording medium or predetermined data memory.
