    摘要: A liquid discharge apparatus includes a liquid discharge head to discharge liquid and control circuitry to generate a drive waveform including drive pulses applied to the head. The drive waveform includes a non-discharge pulse not to discharge the liquid and a discharge pulse to discharge the liquid. The non-discharge pulse and the discharge pulse are serial in time in the drive waveform. Td is in a range of Tc−0.2×Tc to Tc+0.45×Tc. Vp1 is in a range of −10% to +10% of Vpp1. Td represents a time interval between the non-discharge pulse and the discharge pulse. Tc represents a natural vibration period of a pressure chamber of the head. Vp1 represents a peak value of the non-discharge pulse. Vpp1 represents a peak value of the non-discharge pulse at which a droplet speed of liquid discharged by the discharge pulse takes a local minimum value.

    摘要: In a layered structure having at least a substrate and a photosensitive resin layer or cured film layer formed on the substrate and containing an inorganic filler, the content of the inorganic filler in the photosensitive resin layer or cured film layer is lower in a surface layer region away from the substrate than in other region, so that a linear thermal expansion coefficient of the layer as a whole is maintained as low as possible. Preferably, the photosensitive resin layer or cured film layer comprises at least two layers having different inorganic filler contents, wherein the inorganic filler content in the layer on the surface side away from the substrate is lower than the inorganic filler content in the other layer. A photosensitive dry film containing the photosensitive resin layer is suitable for use as a solder resist or an interlayer resin insulation layer of a printed wiring board.

    摘要: A liquid ejection head includes a channel plate, a diaphragm member, and a piezoelectric member. The channel plate includes a separate liquid chamber, a fluid resistance portion, and a liquid introducing portion. The diaphragm member has a thin layer and a thick layer. The thin layer forms a wall face of each of the separate liquid chamber, the resistance portion, and the introducing portion and includes a vibration area facing the separate liquid chamber. The piezoelectric member is arranged to deform the vibration area and has a portion opposing the introducing portion. The thin layer has a thin portion forming the wall face of the introducing portion. The thick layer has a thick portion formed along the longitudinal direction of the separate liquid chamber on a first face opposite a second face opposing the introducing portion. In a plan view, the thin portion is divided by the thick portion.
