摘要： The present invention aims at providing an adhesive preparation wherein a drug is sufficiently dissolved in an adhesive layer and is not easily separated from the adhesive layer even during preservation of the adhesive preparation.The present invention provides an adhesive preparation having an adhesive layer on at least one surface of a support, wherein the adhesive layer comprises a first synthetic rubber having a viscosity average molecular weight of 1,600,000-6,500,000, a drug, an organic liquid component and a tackifier. The present invention further provides the aforementioned adhesive preparation, wherein the organic liquid component is contained in the adhesive layer in a proportion of 20 wt % or above relative to the total weight of the adhesive layer.

摘要： An adhesive preparation comprising an adhesive preparation main body comprising a support and an adhesive layer laminated on at least one surface of the support, and a release liner formed on a surface on the side opposite from the support side of the adhesive layer of the adhesive preparation main body, wherein the adhesive preparation main body has a flat plane area of 1.5-15 cm2, and a ratio of a flat plane area of the release liner to that of the adhesive preparation main body ([flat plane area (cm2) of release liner]/[flat plane area (cm2) of adhesive preparation main body]) is 1.1-7, and the release liner has a separating line.Using the adhesive preparation of the present invention, the adhesive preparation main body can be easily held with fingers and the release liner can secure a holding section having a sufficient area, the release liner can be easily detached from the adhesive preparation main body without touching the adhesive surface with fingers and the adhesive preparation main body can be easily adhered to the skin without touching the adhesive surface with fingers, whereby inconveniences such as mutual adhesion of a certain part of the adhesive surface to other part, curling of the adhesive preparation main body and the like can be prevented.

摘要： A medical adhesive sheet comprising a support and an adhesive layer formed on one side of said support, wherein the adhesive layer comprises an adhesive polymer having a weight average molecular weight of not less than 2,000,000, preferably not less than 2,500,000, and at least one plasticizer compatible with said polymer. The medical adhesive sheet of the present invention simultaneously satisfies the adhesive property to the skin and low irritation property, since it can retain the plasticizer in the adhesive layer, even without a crosslinking treatment. The effects of the present invention can be exerted irrespective of the kind of functional group that the plasticizer and drug have.

摘要： A medical non-crosslinked pressure-sensitive adhesive composition which not only has relatively high resistance to water during perspiration or the like and shows a sufficient skin adhesive force, but also can contain a large amount of a liquid plasticizer and hence have reduced skin-irritating properties. These compositions comprise an adhesive polymer A having a weight-average molecular weight of 500,000-1,000,000, an adhesive polymer B having a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000,000-1,500,000, and a liquid plasticizer, wherein the adhesive polymer A is a polymer obtained by copolymerizing one or more alkyl (meth)acrylates with N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone and the adhesive polymer B is either a polymer obtained by the polymerization of one or more alkyl (meth)acrylates or a polymer obtained by copolymerizing one or more alkyl (meth)acrylates with one or more comonomers other than N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone. Also provided are a medical adhesive sheet and a process for producing the medical non-crosslinked pressure-sensitive adhesive composition.
