    摘要： The present invention provides an adhesive material to be adhered to the skin etc., which maintains, for a certain time period after adhesion thereof to the skin surface, suitable adhesiveness that does not allow easy peeling or cause irritation to the skin, and which permits, when it is to be peeled off from the skin surface after the lapse of a desired certain time period, easy peeling without causing pain or physical irritation, and an adhesive preparation containing the adhesive material and a percutaneously absorbable drug in the adhesive layer. Specifically, the present invention provides an adhesive material containing a support and an adhesive layer laminated on one surface of the support, wherein the adhesive layer has an apparent viscosity at 30° C. of 0.2×104 to 10×104 Pa·s and comprises two kinds of synthetic rubbers having different flowability.

    摘要： The present invention provides a medical adhesive tape and a tape preparation for percutaneous absorption, both having an adhesive layer that resists glue remainder and stickiness upon peeling off of the tape even after adhesion to the human skin for a long time, and a medical adhesive composition to be used for such tapes. The medical adhesive composition of the present invention includes, as essential elements, (A) a copolymer containing (a) alkyl (meth)acrylate, wherein the alkyl moiety has 4 to 18 carbon atoms, in a proportion of not less than 50 wt % of the copolymer and (b) a carboxyl group-containing vinyl compound in a proportion of 0.1 wt %–10 wt % of the copolymer, (B) an alkoxide or a chelate compound of at least a metal selected from titanium, zirconium, zinc and aluminum, and (C) a polyol compound in a proportion of 0.2 wt %–5 wt % of the aforementioned medical adhesive composition. The medical adhesive tape of the present invention and tape preparation for percutaneous absorption are characterized in that the adhesive layer contains the above-mentioned medical adhesive composition of the present invention.

    摘要： A package structure, in which a drug-containing pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprising a support, a drug-containing pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and a separator in this order is packaged and sealed in a packaging material, is disclosed, wherein unevenness is provided on at least one of the surface of the support on the side in contact with the inside of the packaging material, the surface of the separator on the side in contact with the inside of the packaging material, and the inside surface of the packaging material. The unevenness reduces the contact area between the packaging material and the sheet so that an adhesive, a plasticizer or any liquid component of the adhesive layer is prevented from adhering to the inside of the packaging material. Therefore, the sheet can easily be taken out of unit package on use.

    摘要： The invention provides a patch preparation containing (a) a support and (b) an adhesive layer containing a drug on the surface of the support, wherein a crystal of the drug is formed in the adhesive layer immediately after application of a physical stimulation to the adhesive layer, while a crystal of the drug is formed during preservation after the physical stimulation. The patch preparation which does not require an increase in the area and thickness of an adhesive layer, achieves a sufficiently high skin permeation amount of the drug, shows good adhesiveness to skin, and permits a long-term adhesion to skin. The invention also provides a method of producing the patch preparation.
