    摘要: A biomass thermochemical gasification apparatus is provided that can manufacture high-quality fuel gas out of solid biomass in an industrial manner. This fuel gas can be used as fuel for a gas engine and a gas turbine for example and also can be used as synthesis gas for methanol synthesis.A high-temperature combustion gas generation apparatus (101) for biomass operates entirely by biomass and the heat source thereof does not depend on fossil fuel. A coarsely-ground powder biomass (205) subjected to gasification and gasification agent (303) are introduced to a primary gasification reaction room (202) and generate gasification reaction by, as reaction heat, radiation heat from a wall face of the primary gasification reaction room (202) heated by combustion gas (109a) generated in the high-temperature combustion gas generation apparatus (101) and are dissolved. Consequently, the biomass (205) is converted to clean and high-quality generated gas.

    摘要: The liquid fuel synthesizing apparatus (1) for efficient synthesis of liquid fuel from biomass, such as plant for a raw material, comprised of reactors (2) with a catalyst incorporated therein, coolers (3) for cooling of synthesized gaseous matter and extracting of liquid fuel, and temperature adjustment means (7) for regulating by heat exchange any unreacted gas after recovery of liquid fuel to reaction temperature suitable for liquid fuel gas synthesis, wherein the reactors, the coolers and the temperature adjustment means are arranged multistage inline-straightly along gas flow. The temperature adjustment means (7) and the reactors (2) are disposed in the constant temperature room (8) in parallel. The coolers (3) are disposed apart from the constant temperature rooms (8).

    摘要: A burner for combustion of a pulverized coal mixture having two kinds of rich and lean concentration has a height of a burner panel reduced and the overall burner simplified. A rich/lean separator (10, 20, 30) is provided within a pulverized coal conduit (2) so that a high concentration mixture is formed in an outer peripheral portion and a low concentration mixture is formed in a central portion within a single pulverized coal conduit. Thus, a rich mixture burner and a lean mixture burner, which have been conventionally provided separately, may be formed into a single burner. Recirculation of air is accelerated by a cutaway slit (20d, 30d) provided in a central portion of the rich/lean separator to make the air flow rate distribution uniform in a pulverized coal nozzle. Also, a duct and an air blow box for the combustion air to be supplied to the pulverized coal flame are not integrally formed continuous in the height direction, but are divided into a plurality of discontinuous units.

    摘要: A pulverized fuel combustion burner includes a pulverized fuel and air mixture conduit. A pulverized fuel rich/lean separator is disposed at the axial center of the conduit so that a high concentration mixture is formed at an outer peripheral portion of the conduit and a low concentration mixture is formed at a central portion of the conduit. The pulverized fuel rich/lean separator has a cross-sectional shape which gradually enlarges in the flow direction at an angle to the flow direction. It becomes parallel to the flow direction downstream of the enlarging portion, and terminates in a flat surface that is perpendicular to the axis of the separator. A passage extends through the pulverized fuel rich/lean separator along the axis.
