摘要： A package for containing high performance electronic components, such as high speed integrated circuits (ICs). The package bears a substrate of multiple layers having a cavity therein. Leads may be placed within holes in the substrate and soldered or otherwise electrically connected to conductive patterns or layers in the substrate. A thermally conductive insert is attached to one side of the substate. The insert has a pedestal which protrudes through the cavity in the substrate. An electronic component, such as an IC may then be mounted on the pedestal and electrically connected to a conductive metal pattern on one of the layers of the substrate. This assembly may then be coated with a dielectric material to form the package body, leaving the distal ends of the leads and the back side of the insert exposed. Since the IC chip or other component is directly mounted on the insert, waste heat generated by the chip may be directly channeled outside the package through the insert which effectively forms one wall of the package. The exposed leads may be formed into the desired configuration, including shapes suitable for surface mount technology. The use of a multiple layer substate permits the inclusion of ground and power planes for high performance circuits, such as emitter coupled logic (ECL) gate arrays, within the package itself.

摘要： A sunshade assembly includes two rail seats, a shade member and a guide unit. The shade member has a main portion and two foldable portions connected respectively to left and right sides of the main portion. The guide unit includes two guide members mounted respectively to the rail seats. Each guide member has a guide groove for receiving a portion of a respective one of the foldable portions of the shade member, and a guide surface formed in the guide groove. When the shade member is unwound, the foldable portions pass through the guide grooves and are urged to be folded through guidance of the guide surfaces before entering and being confined in the rail seats.

摘要： A sunshade device for a vehicle includes a sunshade cloth that has two opposite lateral ends inserted respectively into two track rails, a fixed end fixed to a winding shaft assembly, and a pull end interconnecting the lateral ends oppositely of the fixed end. A cross bar is attached to the pull end and extends between the track rails. A tensioning unit includes a spring disposed within the cross bar, a buffer sleeve disposed around the spring, and two tension cords each having an intermediate section attached to one of two lateral ends of the sunshade cloth, a first end section connected to one end of the spring, and a second end section connected to the winding shaft assembly. The tension cords prevent the sunshade cloth from becoming slack.
