Abstract:
Methods, apparatus, media, and a data model for managing prescription records. A prescription request is received from a prescriber, the prescription request including prescription data describing a prescription and, optionally, a value in cryptographic tokens associated with the prescription data. The request is approved if the prescriber is an authorized prescriber. Prescription data is recorded as a prescription record. A cryptographic hash of at least some of the prescription data and auxiliary information is created as a unique identifier for the prescription and the hash, a prescriber ID, a pharmacy ID and a patient ID are recorded on a blockchain as an issue transaction corresponding to the prescription. An acceptance message is received indicating that a pharmacy is willing to fill the prescription. If the acceptance message is verified, an accept transaction is recorded on a blockchain corresponding to the prescription, the accept transaction including the hash.
Abstract:
In one embodiment, a foam generating article comprises: a first layer comprising a gas generating composition and a second layer disposed on a first side of the first layer. The second layer comprises a first surfactant and has a plurality of second layer pores with a second pore size sufficient to form bubbles upon the generation of the gas. In another embodiment, the foam generating article comprises: a first layer comprising a gas generating composition, and a second layer disposed on a first side of the first layer, wherein the second layer comprises a first surfactant. The first layer comprises less than or equal to about 5 wt % of all surfactant in the article.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a device for treating surfaces, and cleaning and/or polishing surfaces. The device comprises a hollow member having an open end adapted for the insertion of two or more fingers. The hollow member is defined between a first sheet layer which includes an elastic layer and a second sheet layer including a fibrous nonwoven web layer having an exposed surface. The fibrous nonwoven web layer is impregnated on at least a portion of the exposed surface with a treating composition such as a buffing, cleaning or polishing composition.
Abstract:
A disposable absorbent article is disclosed having a waist opening and a pair of leg openings. The absorbent article has first, second and third pairs of leg elastics secured between an outer cover and an inner liner. The first, second and third leg elastics are arranged around each of the pair of leg openings with each of the third pair of leg elastics being positioned intermediate one of each of the first and second pairs of leg elastics. Each of the third pair of leg elastics is also separated from one of the first pair of leg elastics by a first gap and from one of the second pair of leg elastics by a second gap.
Abstract:
The invention describes a method of operating a data exchange between an external component, in particular a remote control unit (23), and a welding unit (1), in particular a current source. A serial data exchange is run between a welding unit (1), in particular a current source, and an external component, in particular a remote control unit (23), directly across the welding lines, in particular across the connecting lines (36) to the welding torch (10) and to the workpiece (16), on the basis of digital levels.
Abstract:
A flow meter includes a flow sensor for conducting fluid in a measuring direction and an opposite measuring direction, alternatively. Evaluation electronics coupled to the flow sensor generate a sensor signal corresponding to the flow rate of the fluid. A first subcircuit converts the sensor signal to a flow rate signal and a second subcircuit coupled to the first subcircuit generates an output signal representing the flow rate in the measuring direction. A third subcircuit fed by the flow rate signal delivers a control signal for controlling the generation of the output signal. The third subcircuit determines a flow when the fluid flows in the measuring direction and a counterflow when the fluid flows in the opposite direction, and calculates a balanced flow therefrom. Depending on the balanced flow, the third subcircuit controls the second subcircuit with the control signal to generate the output signal in a predetermined manner.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a drink sleeve that includes a first layer, a second layer and a tab. The first layer includes a top end, a bottom end and lateral edges. The second layer also includes a top end, a bottom end and lateral edges. The lateral edges of the first layer are bonded to the lateral edges of the second layer such that a pocket is formed between the first and second layers. The pocket is adapted to receive a beverage container that is inserted between the top ends of the first and second layers. The tab extends between the bottom end of the first layer and the bottom end of the second layer. The tab includes a fold which unfolds as the beverage container is inserted into the pocket. Once the beverage container is fully inserted into the pocket, the tab forms a coaster.
Abstract:
A wipe includes a substrate with a pouch configured on an application side thereof. An access opening is provided into an internal space of the pouch. A composition delivered by the wipe upon use of the product is stored in a container that is inserted into the pouch through the access opening. Upon use of the wipe, the container within the pouch releases the composition, which is delivered through the pouch for application by the wipe.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method of linking several current sources, in particular several welding devices (1; 27; 28), plasma current sources or similar. Operating individually and independently of one another, a process control and/or regulating system (4; 31; 32) in every welding device (1; 27; 28) transmits desired values to a voltage-to-current controller of a power component (3; 29; 30). The power component (3; 29; 30) supplies a consumer connected to output jacks (38, 39; 40, 41; 42, 43) with power on the basis of the desired values. For the purposes of the invention, several welding devices (1, 27, 28) of the same and/or a different power rating or having the same and/or different machine specifications, are linked to one another on the secondary-side via the output jacks (38 to 43) to form a welding device (1, 27, 28) with a physically higher power output, whereby the interconnected welding devices (1, 27, 28) are digitally interconnected via a digital interface (44, 45, 46) which is known per se and/or a special digital connecting interface (47, 48, 49) for a data exchange. A process control and/or regulating system (4, 32, 33) of one welding device (1, 27, 28) assumes process control for all the other connected welding devices (1; 27; 28).
Abstract:
An oral cleaning device that can fit onto a human finger is provided. The oral cleaning device, or dental wipe, is at least partially made from an elastomeric material, such as an elastomeric nonwoven, so that the wipe can more aptly fit onto a finger. Furthermore, the wipe, in some instances, can possess a barrier that is liquid-impervious, but vapor-permeable so that the finger of a user is more comfortable during cleaning. Various additives can be applied to the wipe to aid in the cleaning process.
