摘要： A cleaning mitt includes a base layer, a cleaning cloth layer, and a cover layer. The base layer has first and second portions interconnected by a connector. The first and second portions are folded and sealed to define a shell having an open proximal end and an interior pocket. The shell defines a palm section, a fingers section extending distally from the palm section, and first and second thumb sections extending from opposed sides of the palm section. The connector is disposed within the interior pocket. The cleaning cloth layer has a cleaning solution disposed thereon and/or therein, is secured to an outer surface of the shell, and extends about a portion of the palm section and fingers section of the shell. The cover layer is removably disposed about the cleaning cloth layer and secured to the outer surface of the shell about a portion of the cleaning cloth layer.

摘要： A cleaning utensil for expeditiously and thoroughly cleaning dirty surfaces includes an ergonomic scrub glove (10) worn by a person doing the cleaning. The scrub glove has a base portion made of a material impervious to liquids and which covers the person's hand and wrist and at least a portion of their forearm when worn. An outer layer (L) of the scrub glove comprises an abrasive woven mesh material which encases the portion of the scrub glove covering the person's hand. A cleaning solution is poured onto this outer layer for the wearer to apply the solution to a surface being cleaned by the wearer by moving their hand over and about a surface to be cleaned. The base portion of the scrub glove prevents the person's hand, wrist and forearm from coming in contact with the cleaning solution.

摘要： A multi-function multi-use rag system and method integrating a variety of substantially planar sheets in a unitized application context is disclosed. The system/method physically integrates a stack of cleaning rags or other materials that may be of different types and have different functional characteristics. These rags are attached together at their outer periphery via sewing or other fastening means. A peripheral segment of the rag stack that is not attached to other layers may allow the stack to be everted to configure one set of a plurality of inner surfaces to form the outer surfaces of the rag stack system. Eversion of the rag stack thus permits formation of a number of different outer surface combinations that is equal to twice the number of stacked rags. Incorporation of internal stack barrier layers in some embodiments allows isolation of individual layers within the rag stack.

The nonwoven web material can be used as a wipe or tack cloth and can exhibit a dust holding capacity of at least about 10 grams/m2 and a lint potential of less than about 5 fibers/cm2. In addition to containing a tackifier that is compounded with the polymer(s) used to form the fibers of the web, the nonwoven web material can be textured, post-bonded, apertured, or treated with elemental fluorine gas to further improve its dust holding capacity and minimize lint production. In addition, the nonwoven web material leaves minimal residue after contacting a surface.
