    摘要: The combination preparation for contraception includes a first stage of 2 to 4 first stage daily dosage portions, a second stage of two groups of second stage daily dosage portions, a third stage of 2 to 4 third stage daily dosage portions and an additional stage of 2 to 4 additional stage daily dosage portions. The first stage daily dosage portion is an effective amount of natural estrogen, the second stage daily dosage portion is an effective amount of a combination of natural estrogen and natural or synthetic gestogen, the third stage daily dosage portion is another effective amount of natural estrogen and an additional stage daily dosage portion consists of a placebo. The first group of the second stage consists of 3 to 5 daily dosage portions and the second group, 13 to 17 daily dosage portions. More of the gestogen is included in the effective amount in the second group of the second stage than in the first group. The effective amount of the natural estrogen is constant in both the first and third stages, but smaller in the third stage than in the first stage.

The estrogen may be estradiol, an estradiol compound that is metabolized to estradiol when taken into the body, a conjugated equine estrogen or a phytoestrogen. The natural or synthetic gestogen can be natural progesterone or a synthetic gestogens, such as medroxyprogesterone acetate.

    摘要: A multistage preparation for contraception based on a combination of natural estrogen and synthetic gestogen is described. The preferred preparation contains estradiol valerate as the natural estrogen and dienogest or drospirenone as the synthetic gestogen. In comparison to conventional multistage preparations the multistage preparation according to the invention has a higher contraceptive reliability over the entire cycle, improved cyclic bleeding behavior and minimizes or prevents side effects, such as breast tension, headaches, depressive moods and libido changes.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a plasma burner for metallurgical furnaces which is operated with gaseous mixtures, wherein an addition gas is fed to the plasma burner via a ring conduit into the inside of the burner. The gas conduction pipes on the addition-gas outlet are arranged at a predetermined angle to the longitudinal axis of the burner, 35.degree. to 45.degree.. The point of intersection between plasma arc and addition gas is 25 to 45 mm in front of the rod-shaped cathode.     摘要: In a method for winding yarn on a yarn winding region of a bobbin in a textile machine having a yarn supply device delivering yarn to the bobbin, which method includes after severing of the yarn between a full bobbin and the yarn supply device, drawing off by means of a suction device, the yarn which continues to be delivered by the yarn supply device, and, at the commencement of winding a bobbin, the yarn coming from the yarn supply device is engaged by a hook-shaped catch element which rotates with the bobbin, a tie on reserve winding is formed from the yarn downstream of the catch element by positioning the suction device so as to bring the yarn leaving the yarn supply device to a position where it intersects the plane of rotation of the catch element at the diameter at which the catch element is located and, immediately after the yarn is caught by the catch element, bringing the yarn subsequently coming from the yarn supply device into the winding region and simultaneously extracting the yarn downstream of the catch element from the suction device and winding it on the bobbin adjacent the winding region to form a reserve winding.

    摘要: An open-end spinning machine system containing a plurality of spinning units, the components of each unit including a spinning turbine, a breakup roller, a feed roller, a yarn extraction device and yarn wiping apparatus, is controlled during stopping and subsequent restarting by an automatic control system which is operated by switching members in such a manner that, during stopping of the system, the turbine, feed roller, yarn extraction device and winding device of each unit are first permitted to decelerate in unison, in a free rundown manner while the rotating speeds remain within the range permitting yarn spinning to continue, and these components are positively braked only when their speeds approach the lower limit of such range, while during restarting of the system, the yarn extraction device and the yarn winding device of each unit are caused to rotate through a selected distance in the direction opposite to their normal operating direction for feeding a fixed length of yarn back into the associated spinning turbine, whereafter the end of the length of yarn fed back into the turbine becomes combined with the yarn which starts to form in the turbine when the spinning operation of the turbine is reestablished.
