摘要: The present invention provides an albumin-binding compound essentially of the following elements: a spacer group, a water-soluble bridging group, a fatty acid chain and an acidic group characterised in that the acidic group is attached to the distal end of the fatty acid chain. The invention also provides an albumin-binding compound to which one or more biologically active moieties are attached.

摘要: Branched molecular scaffolds are provided which are capable of linking two polymer residues (derived, for example, from polyethylene glycol) to two, three or four residues derived from biologically active molecules (e.g. from whole antibodies or from functionally active fragments or derivatives thereof), the latter being attached to the scaffold by means of hydrolytically stable linkages.

摘要: Systems and techniques for entry and presentation of project planning information, showing activities in their geographic context. Information relating to activities and groupings of activities is entered, updated and presented. Information associated with one or more groupings of activities is associated with a graphical icon, with the appearance of the icon changing in response to changes in the associated information. The icon is placed in a graphical display, with the graphical display showing geographic information, such as a map, and the icon being placed in a map location showing the location of the activities associated with the icon. The graphical display maintains links to the information associated with the icon so that updating the information changes the appearance of the icon, calling attention to changes in their geographic context.

摘要: A system and method of controlling distribution of electronic information to a device through a non-bidirectional protocol is disclosed. At a user device, a segment of encrypted electronic information is retrieved. Identification data is sent from the user device using the non-bidirectional communications protocol, where the identification information includes at least one of information associated with a user, information associated with the user device, or information associated with the segment of encrypted electronic information. A copy of an encryption key for the segment is retrieved. A voucher is forwarded to the user device using the non-bidirectional communications protocol, the voucher including at least the encryption key associated with the segment. At the user device, the segment is decrypted using the encryption key for the segment.
