    摘要: The invention under consideration relates to an electric heating device for heating a flowing medium with a housing, in which the at least one electric heating element of the electric heating device is held securely and fully shielded from the medium held in the circulation chamber by a separating wall that divides the housing into a heating chamber and a circulation chamber. The circulation chamber has inlet openings and outlet openings for introducing and removing, respectively, the medium. The heating element is preferably a PTC heating element and is held by means of a clamping force in a recess formed by the separating wall, said recess preferably projecting into the circulation chamber. The invention furthermore relates to a recuperator for converting electrical energy into thermal energy, particularly for an electric drive in a vehicle.

    摘要: An electrical heating includes a plurality of electrical heating elements which are held by a housing and which abut heat conducting surfaces over which a medium to be heated flows. The electrical heating elements comprise contact lugs, arranged essentially at the same height, that are connected through a plate element. The plate element includes conductive paths and contact lug receptacles for the contact lugs. The plate element may include a carrier plate of non-conducting material and a stamped out metal plate that are joined together to form one unit. A method of manufacturing a plate element includes manufacturing the carrier plate by injection moulding and subjecting a metal plate to stamping operations to form area elements which are joined together by connecting ridges and in which the contact lug receptacles are located. The carrier plate and the metal plate are then joined, and the connecting ridges are then parted.

The heating ribs are in thermally conducting contact with at least one PTC heating element. A control device is provided in a constructional unit with at least one assembled conductor board. The constructional unit is accommodated in a control housing that comprises a control housing cover and a control housing frame. The control housing frame circumferentially surrounds the assembled conductor board and is formed from a metallic material. During the installation of the control housing on the housing, a control element, producing a power loss, is held by the assembled conductor board and is placed in abutment with a cooling element formed on the housing.

The layered structure is pretensioned by a displacer which is inserted into a lower housing component when the elements of the layered structure have been inserted in said lower housing component in a tension-free manner. The displacer is inserted into the lower housing component in a direction approximately perpendicular to the plane of the layered structure and, in the mounted position, it is secured in position relative to said lower housing component.
