    摘要: An apparatus and method for treating a rotating printing technology surface, especially a re-imageable printing form, with a process liquid, such as cleaning, covering or rinsing liquid, include jet nozzles disposed along a straight line substantially parallel to the axis of rotation of the printing technology surface, and a cloth device substantially parallel to the axis of rotation. The nozzles pivot about a pivot axis substantially perpendicular to the axis of rotation for producing a substantially uniform distribution of process liquid parallel to the axis of rotation. The cloth device preferably has a cloth with segmented or calendered portions substantially parallel to the axis of rotation, for substantially limiting spread of process liquid in the cloth parallel to the feed direction of the cloth and assisting substantially uniform distribution of process liquid parallel to the axis of rotation. Machines for processing printing material and for treating printing forms are also provided.

    摘要: A method for treating a reusable printing technology surface, preferably a printing form that can be re-imaged, with at least one liquid, for example cleaning fluid, rinsing liquid, solution of amphiphilic molecules or gumming agent, includes rotating the printing technology surface about a cylinder axis, applying the liquid to the printing technology surface in the form of a jet and at a varying angle and contacting the printing technology surface with a movable cloth. The printing technology surface is rotated at a varying rotational speed. The rotational speed is preferably varied in stages, in particular increased, in order to achieve the best possible treatment results, for example cleaning and (re-) covering with amphiphilic molecules. The method can preferably be implemented in a printing press or a plate exposer. A machine for treating a reusable printing technology surface and a machine for processing printing material, are also provided.

    摘要: A device for correcting the lateral position of a printing substrate, preferably a sheet of paper, held by a gripper bar and conveyed in a transporting direction has a linear drive that includes a first primary part and a first secondary part configured as a first carriage and associated with the first primary part, and a second secondary part configured as a second carriage. The first carriage and the second carriage are arranged on the same side of the printing substrate in the lateral direction and—to correct the position of the printing substrate in the lateral direction—are movable relative to each other in the direction of transport. Such a device may be used for transporting printing substrates and for correcting the register position of printing substrates in machines for processing printing substrates, preferably printing presses or machines for the further processing of printed products. The relative movement of the two carriages with respect to each other initiates a lateral movement of the gripper bar without influencing the advancement of the printing substrate.

    摘要: The invention relates to a multiplex real-time RT-PCR assay with a heterologous internal control system (i.e., EGFP-RNA) for the simple and fast diagnosis of classical swine fever virus (CSFV). Primers and FAM-labeled TaqMan probes, specific for CSFV were selected by analyzing the consensus sequence of the 5′-non translated region of various CSFV strains. For determining the analytical sensitivity an in vitro transcript (T7-PC3Alf) of the 5′ NTR was constructed and tested. Furthermore, a primer-probe system for the detection of the internal control sequence was established, and a multiplex assay using CSF-System 1 and the IC real-time PCR could be performed as a one-tube assay without loss of sensitivity or specificity.
