    摘要: A temperature manipulated viscosity control module for stabilizing fluid viscosity in dispensing applications at (or near) the point-of-application. Connected to a central heating/cooling supply unit, the module both senses temperature and viscosity (and, in the case of waterborne materials, pH as well) and regulates the viscosity of the fluid being dispensed by manipulating the temperature of that fluid. This configuration is a combination of technologies applied together to maintain consistent temperature of the fluid and the sensors to assure that process conditions are consistent for measurement, control, and application.

    摘要: This free-standing unit allows heat exchangers to be deep cleaned either in place or off line. Cleaning is performed by circulating cleaning solution at high velocity from an on-board reservoir through the heat exchanger and automatically reversing the direction of flow through the heat exchanger back and forth at a user selectable rate. Regardless of the direction of flow through the heat exchanger, the cleaning fluid is always routed back to the reservoir through a filter assembly to remove any debris flushed from the heat exchanger.

    摘要: A profile correction module is comprised of a reinforced convex steel form accurately and firmly held in position to create a metering gap along the face of the pickup roller to control the liquid coating material that is applied to the pickup roller and subsequently transferred to the nip between the pickup and applicator rollers prior to being applied to the substrate or “strip”. By flushing stale material from the metering gap with fresh coating material, edge-to-edge temperature variations are eliminated resulting in a uniform film thickness across the width of the strip.
