摘要: A method and apparatus for applying ink to the inactive area of a lens, the method comprises the steps of: A, positioning lens; B, preparing stamping member; C, coating and inking by moving the stamping member linearly; D, retracting the stamping member; and E, taking out the lens. The apparatus comprises a stamping member and a positioning member. The stamping member moves linearly back and forth relative to the positioning member, on the surface of the stamping member is formed an inking surface coated with ink. The shape, the area, the location and the angle of the inking surface fit the inactive area of the lens to be inked. The inking surface of the stamping member can contact the inactive area of the lens, so as to enable the inactive area to be fully coated with ink.

摘要: A lens tube and a mounting base thereof comprise a lens tube for reception of a lens array and a mounting base for accommodation of an image sensor. On an outer periphery of the lens tube is formed a first conical surface, and in the mounting base is formed a concave portion. A second conical surface is formed in the concave portion for mating with the first conical surface of the lens tube. The first conical surface of the lens tube and the second conical surface of the mounting base can cooperate with each other, so as to prevent dust contamination and to make the central axis aligned with the optical axis.

摘要: A whole group focusing structure comprises a lens track cylinder, a first lens group, a second lens group, and a drive motor is used to rotate and move the lens track cylinder, so as to carry out focus between the first and second lens groups. A slant parallel section is formed in each of the two guiding tracks at the end of the guiding block, and the slant parallel section is used to perform focus. The whole group focusing structure only needs a set of drive and control system to perform focus and zoom, therefore, the present invention is a high quality whole group focusing structure that can meet market needs.

摘要: An imagery axle turning method for stereo vision and an apparatus thereof. The method turns an imagery axle of a stereo vision apparatus to capture images, and constructs a 3D image from the captured 2D images. The imagery axle turning method is realized by rotating the imagery axles of the first lens unit and second lens unit to an angle θ, so as to have different aspect ratios for the first image and second image. Thereby, the 3D image formed from the stereo vision reconstruction steps can achieve a user's expectation of capturing images with an appropriate aspect ratio. This invention also provides specific stereo vision apparatus corresponding to various applications by the imagery axle turning method.

摘要: A focal length compensation structure for a lens assembly is used in a portable electronic product having an image taking lens assembly. The lens assembly comprises mounting seat, lens tube and expandable and shrinkable member, the expandable and shrinkable member is disposed between the portable electronic product and the mounting seat, between the mounting seat and the annular connecting portion of the lens tube, and/or between lenses of the lens array. The focal length of the lens array of the lens assembly will change with the outside temperature changes, plus the expansion of the mounting seat and the lens tube, the actual variation of the focal length of the lens assembly. Expansion and shrinkage can be calculated precisely to compensate the distance between the focus of the imaging focal length of the lens array and the image plane, enabling the imaging focal length to be dropped on the image plane precisely, thus forming a clear image.

摘要: An assembling structure for a solid image pickup device in accordance with the present invention is mounted on a substrate and comprises a mounting base, a lens tube and an adhesive material. The adhesive material is arranged on the bottom surface of an engaging recess of the mounting base. When an annular engaging portion of the lens tube is screwed in the engaging recess of the mounting base, the adhesive material is located beside the inner periphery of the annular engaging portion of the lens tube, so that powder produced when screwing the lens tube relative to the mounting base will be adhered to the adhesive material, thus preventing the powder from falling onto the protective piece.

摘要: An image lens assembly comprises a lens array and a transparent material. In the lens array are defined a plurality of spaces. The transparent material is injected into the spaces until the spaces are full of the transparent material, and the transparent material will be solidified after being injected into the interval, so that both lateral surfaces of the transparent material will press closely against the lenses. Therefore, the transparent material can enable the respective lenses to be positioned more firmly.
