摘要: An optical detecting device has gas emission and pressure reduction function and includes a holder, a light penetrating component, a light detecting component, a hole structure, and a. The light penetrating component is disposed on the holder to form an accommodating space whereinside the light detecting component is disposed. The hole structure is formed on the holder to connect with the accommodating space. The waterproofing and ventilating component is disposed on the holder and covers the hole structure to prevent liquid from leaking into the accommodating space via the hole structure. While an inner gas pressure of the accommodating space is decreased, part of the gas is exhausted from the accommodating space via the hole structure and the waterproofing and ventilating component.

摘要: A digital focal plane array includes an all-digital readout integrated circuit in combination with a detector array. The readout circuit includes unit cell electronics, orthogonal transfer structures, and data handling structures. The unit cell electronics include an analog to digital converter. Orthogonal transfer structures enable the orthogonal transfer of data among the unit cells. Data handling structures may be configured to operate the digital focal plane array as a data encryptor/decipherer. Data encrypted and deciphered by the digital focal plane array need not be image data.

摘要: An integrated optical tap monitor takes the form of a highly-reflective outer coating disposed over the active region of an associated photodetector. The coating is of a material that allows for a majority of the impinging optical signal to be re-directed into an output path, while passing a small portion of the signal into the photodetector's active region for monitoring purposes. The integrated configuration is small enough to be housed within a standard TO can, and additional optical components (filters, attenuators, etc.) may be co-located with the integrated tap monitor. By virtue of incorporating the monitoring function with a reflective surface, the integrated tap monitor may be substituted for a turning mirror at any place along a signal path and provide the benefit of power monitoring while also performing signal re-direction.

摘要: A method for calibrating a test light to simulate a fire includes measuring a baseline resistance induced in a sensor cell of a two-color detector in response to a controlled fire. The method includes monitoring a test resistance induced in the sensor cell in response to exposure to emissions from a test light and adjusting the emissions of the test light until the test resistance of the sensor cell equals the baseline resistance of the sensor cell to achieve a calibration setting for the test light. A test light for a detector includes a housing and a first LED within the housing having a first emission wavelength. A second LED is within the housing. The second LED has a second emission wavelength. The second emission wavelength is different than the first emission wavelength.

摘要: A multichannel ASIC for interfacing with an array of photodetectors in a PET imaging system includes a front-end circuit configured to be coupled to the array of photodetectors and to receive analog signals therefrom. The ASIC includes a time discriminating circuit including a low input impedance amplifier configured to be coupled to the array of photodetectors and to receive a signal summing the analog signals from the array of photodetectors and to generate a hit signal for timing pickoff based on the signal. The ASIC includes an energy circuit operably coupled to the front-end circuit and configured to generate a summed energy output signal based on each of the analog signals and summed positional output signal based on each of the analog signals.

摘要: A laser scanner which includes a transmission subsystem and a reception subsystem. The transmission subsystem includes a light source which emits a light beam and a scanning mirror rotatable about an axis which reflects the light beam toward a scanning area and which directs return light from objects toward the reception subsystem. The reception system may include a collecting mirror dimensioned and positioned to receive the return light from the scanning mirror. The reception system may also include a dichroic or interference filter disposed between the collecting mirror and the scanning mirror. The interference filter filters the return light from the scanning mirror and provides the filtered return light to the collecting mirror. The reception subsystem also includes a light detector disposed between the interference filter and the collecting mirror, in operation the light detector receives the filtered return light reflected from the collecting mirror.

摘要: Rolling bearings include a plurality of rolling bodies which during operation roll on raceways. In order to reduce friction during rolling, it is customary to supply the rolling bearings with a lubricant. However, the quality of the lubricant can deteriorate during operation due to long-term stress, aging, or thermal influences, or get lost in gaps etc. The objective addressed by the invention is that of providing a sensor device, which can be operated in a functionally reliable manner. This objective is achieved by a sensor device for monitoring the state of a lubricant in a lubricant chamber, including a transmitter platform, wherein on the transmitter platform, a plurality of diode devices are arranged, having a measurement window device, wherein the measurement window device is arranged between a measuring chamber and the lubricant chamber, having a receiving device, wherein at least one of the diode devices comprises a die and a plastic dome. The plastic dome and the die are connected by way of a contact surface, wherein the contact surface is arranged on an upper side of the die.
