摘要： The present invention discloses an epoxy resin composition with a non-halogen, non-phosphorus flame retardant, which comprises (a) 100 parts by weight of an epoxy resin; (b) 40-60 parts by weight of a phenolic novolac hardener; and (c) 5-60 parts by weight of a silica-novolac hybrid resin solution as a flame retardant.
