摘要: To provide a controller for rotary electric machine which can estimate a transitional temperature with good accuracy, while considering the heating amount and the heat radiation amount due to copper loss and iron loss which change according to the operating point of rotational speed and torque, and suppressing the increase in arithmetic load. A controller for rotary electric machine, at calculation timing of every estimation calculation period, by referring to a temperature prediction data in which a relationship among a rotational speed, a torque information, a temperature at a reference time point, and a temperature after lapse of the estimation calculation period from the reference time point, calculates an estimation value of temperature after lapse of the estimation calculation period from the last time calculation timing, corresponding to the present rotational speed, the present torque information, and the estimation value of temperature calculated at the last time calculation timing.

摘要: A rotating electric machine includes a rotor including: a rotor core divided into blocks in an axial direction, the blocks being arranged to have a phase angle therebetween in a circumferential direction, the rotor core having magnet through holes arrayed in the circumferential direction and formed in an outer circumferential region; and permanent magnets inserted into the magnet through holes. The magnet through hole includes: a magnet insertion portion into which the permanent magnet is inserted; and a non-magnetic portion provided on an outer side of the magnet insertion portion in the circumferential direction. A bridge portion is formed between the outer circumferential surface and an outer circumferential inner wall of the non-magnetic portion. A bridge angle, which is an angle between both circumferential ends of the bridge portion with a rotation center of the rotor core set as a vertex, is larger than a skew angle.

摘要: A first cooling air passage is formed to let first cooling air generated by a cooling fan in from a radially outside of an inverter apparatus to cool a heat sink and out through exhaust holes provided on an outer peripheral side of a rear bracket by passing an inner periphery of the rear bracket. Also, a second cooling air passage is formed to let second cooling air generated by the cooling fan into a hollow portion of the inverter apparatus from an axially rear of a rotation shaft to cool a brush holder and a magnetic pole position detection sensor and out through the exhaust holes by passing the inner periphery of the rear bracket. Hence, cooling performance for the magnetic pole position detection sensor and the brush holder may be enhanced and an axial dimension may be reduced.

摘要: In a rotor in which magnet slots arranged in a V shape so as to open toward the outer circumferential side and having permanent magnets inserted therein are formed in a two-layer structure in a radial direction, the magnet slots in each layer are composed of a pair of slots formed between a center bridge located at the center and respective ones of two radially-outer bridges located between the outer surface of the rotor and the respective slots. Of magnetic fluxes generated from the permanent magnets, magnetic fluxes excluding magnetic fluxes for magnetically saturating the bridges are defined as effective magnetic fluxes. The rotor is configured such that the effective magnetic flux generated from the permanent magnet on the radially outer side is not greater than half the effective magnetic flux generated from the permanent magnet on the radially inner side.

There are arranged “b” MDPs along a circumferential direction of the stator for each cycle of the CCPs, which are arranged at intervals of a mechanical angle 360×(n×b+m)/(x×b), where “n” (n≥0) represents, by a number of cycles, a deviation amount of each of the MDPs from a reference position in the circumferential direction, and “m” (1≤m≤“b”) represents a position of a MDP in an arrangement order.
