摘要: When a power semiconductor device is energized, heat generated from upper-side power semiconductor chips mounted on a P-potential electrode transfers to a first heat mass portion and a second heat mass portion, and heat generated from lower-side power semiconductor chips mounted on a intermediate potential electrode transfers to a resistor. A lead frame, the power semiconductor chip, an inner lead and the resistor are placed in symmetry with respect to a centerline, which can reduce the difference among the temperature increases of the power semiconductor chips when energized. In this way, transient temperature increase of the power semiconductor chip can be suppressed without adding a new member, such as a heat diffusion plate.

摘要: In a related-art resolver, a front and a back of a stator core cannot be distinguished, and it is difficult to mass-produce the resolver while matching directions of shear drops and burrs. Thus, assembly accuracy of the resolver is degraded. Further, productivity and assembling ability are degraded because electromagnetic steel sheets are laminated by rotary lamination. The present invention provides a resolver including: a resolver stator including: a stator core formed of electromagnetic steel sheets, which have teeth, and are laminated without rotary lamination; a one-phase excitation winding; and two-phase output windings; and a resolver rotor arranged to be opposed to the resolver stator, in which the stator core has marks which enable distinction of a rolling direction of the stator core and distinction of a front and a back of the stator core.

Consequently, the electric motor is controlled while an iron loss and an electromagnetic noise are reduced independently of characteristics of an iron material and a magnetic steel sheet material used as a core material of the electric motor.

摘要: A first cooling air passage is formed to let first cooling air generated by a cooling fan in from a radially outside of an inverter apparatus to cool a heat sink and out through exhaust holes provided on an outer peripheral side of a rear bracket by passing an inner periphery of the rear bracket. Also, a second cooling air passage is formed to let second cooling air generated by the cooling fan into a hollow portion of the inverter apparatus from an axially rear of a rotation shaft to cool a brush holder and a magnetic pole position detection sensor and out through the exhaust holes by passing the inner periphery of the rear bracket. Hence, cooling performance for the magnetic pole position detection sensor and the brush holder may be enhanced and an axial dimension may be reduced.
