摘要： There is provided a central operation processing unit including a temperature control management unit that compares a temperature value detected by a temperature monitoring unit of a functional unit in a basic block with a prescribed value corresponding to the functional unit in the basic block and being set in advance individually, and, on the basis of a result of the comparison, controls an operation of the cooling unit of the functional unit from which the temperature value compared with the prescribed value is detected.
