    摘要: A field device for determining or monitoring a physical or chemical variable, comprising a sensor, which works according to a defined measuring principle, and a control/evaluation unit, which, as a function of a required safety standard for a particular safety-critical application, conditions and evaluates along at least two equivalent measuring paths measurement data delivered by the sensor. The control/evaluation unit is implemented on an application-specific integrated circuit—an ASIC—which, in at least a first section and in a second section, is embodied as a dynamically reconfigurable logic chip. In each of the two sections, in each case, a measuring path composed of a plurality of function modules can be configured; wherein the individual sections are spaced apart from one another in such a manner, that a temperature and/or a voltage change in one of the sections has no influence on the other section or the other sections. The control/evaluation unit partially dynamically reconfigures the function modules in the measuring paths as a function of the particular defined safety-critical application, so that the field device fulfills the required safety standard.

    摘要: A programmable controller is provided that is capable of interfacing with a remote master controller, where the programmable controller is capable of controlling an input current to at least one load that is proximate the programmable controller. The programmable controller includes at least one solid-state switch capable of controllably altering the input current to the loads. The programmable controller also includes at least one measuring element for measuring at least one parameter associated with the loads and the solid-state switches, such as the current through the solid-state switches, the current through and voltage drop across the loads and/or the temperature at or around the solid-state switches. Additionally, the programmable controller includes a processing element capable of controlling the solid-state switches, such as by controlling the current through the solid-state switches to the loads.

    摘要: The universal astronomical instrumentation control system is completely based on an Open Source architecture in the server- and client-side components. The system is self-contained within a single small factor package using embedded hardware architecture. No desktop or server-side components are required. The system creates a WiFi hotspot that enables mobile/tablet/desktop devices to connect to it and control any astronomical devices attached to the unit. Therefore, no external network is required in order to operate the device. The system is not limited to canonical devices. Any device with an INDI (Instrument Neutral Distributed Interface) driver can be controlled by the unit. The system's client software is cross-platform and available on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. The system is a consumer-level device designed for fast and easy control of commercially popular astronomical equipment.
