Abstract: There is provided a manufacturing method of a laminated iron core which is formed of a strip-shaped iron core piece. The strip-shaped iron core piece includes segment iron core pieces connected through a joint positioned in a radial outside, and each of the segment iron core pieces has an artuate shape. The joint by which adjacent segment iron core pieces are connected is folded and lateral ends of the adjacent segment iron core pieces are aligned. The strip-shaped iron core piece is spirally wound while circumferentially shifting mutual joints formed on vertical adjacent layers. Crush processing is performed for flattening a bulged portion in a thickness direction of the segment iron core pieces formed at a time of folding the joint, and the crush processing is performed simultaneously with a time when or after mutual segment iron core pieces arranged vertically are crimped and laminated.

Abstract: A stator core comprises a stack and a resin portion. The stack comprises an annular yoke portion, a plurality of tooth portions, and a plurality of slots. The resin portion covers an inner wall surface of a slot of the plurality of slots. The resin portion protrudes outward relative to an end surface of the stack in a height direction of the stack. The resin portion is formed on at least a part of an end surface of the tooth portion so as to extend from the inner wall surface of the slot around the end surface of the tooth portion. A resin end portion of the resin portion is disposed on the end surface of the stack and a corner of the resin end portion is formed as an inclined surface including a planar surface or curved surface.

Abstract: In a case where a permanent magnet is inserted into each of a plurality of magnet-insert holes of a laminated iron core and then a resin is injected into the plurality of magnet-insert holes from a resin pool pot formed in one of an upper die and a lower die with the laminated iron core pinched and the resin is cured inside the plurality of magnet-insert holes to fix the permanent magnets to the laminated iron core, a dummy plate which abuts on the laminated iron core and includes a gate hole for allowing passage of the resin delivered from the resin pool pot and guiding the resin to the plurality of magnet-insert holes. The gate hole partially overlaps with at least two of the plurality of magnet-insert holes in a plan view of the dummy plate and the laminated iron core.
