摘要: An auto-document feeder includes a first image scanning section configured to scan an image on first side of documents, a paper feeding section configured to feed the documents one by one, from which images are read by the first image scanning section, a paper discharge section which discharges the documents passing through the first image scanning section, plural conveying sections having different paths to reach the first image scanning section and which guide the document from the paper feeding section to the first image scanning section, a gate section which directs the documents fed by the paper feeding section to one of the plural conveying sections, a second image scanning section configured to scan the image on second side of the documents, a double feeding detecting section which positioned between the first image scanning section and the second image scanning section.

摘要: An auto-document feeder includes: a document placing section on which an original document is placed; a sheet detection sensor configured to detect the original document, length in a feeding direction of the original document being first length larger than second length; a length detection sensor configured to detect the length of the original document while the original document is fed; a first feeding path for feeding the original document to a reading section for reading an image of the original document; a second feeding path for feeding the original document to the reading section, the second feeding path being different from the first feeding path; a switching section configured to selectively switch the first feeding path and the second feeding path; and a control section configured to divert, with the switching section, the original document to the first feeding path if the sheet detection sensor detects the original document.

摘要: An auto document feeding device of an embodiment includes triple paper discharge rollers forming an upper paper discharge port for discharging a document at the time of one-sided reading and a lower paper discharge port for discharging a document reversed at the time of both-sided reading. A flap which covers the lower discharge port by its own weight and opens the lower discharge port by being pressed by the document discharged from the lower discharge port is provided on a shaft member of the triple paper discharge rollers.

摘要: There is provided a stop valve-carrying rotary nozzle for a machine tool designed to eject a fluid onto the portion of a work which is being worked thereby improving the work-cooling and cutting efficiency of the machine tool.The present rotary nozzle consists of a nozzle body having a throughbore and a spherical member having a throughbore that is in turn fitted within the fluid outlet side of said throughbore of the nozzle body with a sealing O-ring being interposed between the spherical member and the throughbore of the valve body, while allowing a free rotation of the spherical member on its own axis therein. Upon the spherical member having been fitted within the throughbore of the valve body, the annular edge of the valve body is inwardly bent by calking to surroundingly engage the outer half surface of the spherical member, while a portion of the thus inwardly bend annular edge is provided a recess longitudinally extending above and beyond the center of the spherical member and having a width slightly greater than the diameter of the throughbore of the spherical member so that when the rotary nozzle is to be made inoperative, a rod like plug is inserted from outside into the opening mouth of the throughbore of the spherical member and then moved together with the thus fitted spherical member until the plug is inserted between said recess.
