    摘要: An X-ray diagnosis apparatus includes an X-ray tube, an imaging system which detects X-rays emitted from the X-ray tube and transmitted through an object to be examined and generates X-ray image data, an arm which supports the X-ray tube and the imaging system, an arm support mechanism which rotatably and movably supports the arm, and a bed which holds the object between the X-ray tube and the imaging system. This X-ray diagnosis apparatus further includes a three-dimensional image generating unit which generates three-dimensional image data from volume data concerning the object, a display unit which displays the three-dimensional image data, an input device which designates an interest point on the displayed three-dimensional image data, and a controller which controls at least one of the arm support mechanism and the bed, such that the center of the X-ray image data generated by the imaging system is positioned on a portion of the object which substantially corresponds to the designated interest point.

A perfusive-flow index calculation unit calculates a first perfusive-flow index from the first perfusive-flow image, and calculates a second perfusive-flow index from the third perfusive-flow image. A comparative-index calculation unit calculates a comparative index based on the first perfusive-flow index and the second perfusive-flow index, by comparing the first perfusive-flow index with the second perfusive-flow index, based on the positioning information obtained by the positioning unit.

    摘要: Scattered radiation is estimated by using a reduced image generated from a projection image, and the scattered radiation image of the projection image is acquired by enlargement processing. The scattered radiation correction of the projection image is executed by subtracting the obtained scattered radiation image from the projection image. In addition, when a primary X-ray image and a scattered radiation image in each projection direction are to be obtained by sequential approximation calculation, a primary X-ray image which has already been identified in an adjacent projection direction is used as a first estimated value (initially set value) in next sequential calculation.

A first image processing device or a second image processing device obtains a 3-D image from the respective devices via the network. The image processing device can display a plurality of 3-D images concurrently with conditions made uniform with regard to direction of observation, enlargement ratio, scale, etc. Also, the device can display a combined image obtained by combining a plurality of 3-D images. The combined image can be displayed so that overlapping areas and non-overlapping areas are in different colors. In addition, the device can display medical information of use for a diagnosis or an examination together with the plurality of 3-D images displayed with conditions made uniform.

The data acquiring unit acquires X-ray projection data corresponding to plural directions from an object in which a stent having markers has been inserted by exposing X-rays to the object from the plural directions. The data processing unit obtains a spatial position corresponding to at least one marker out of the markers based on first three dimensional image data generated by first image reconstruction processing of the X-ray projection data to generate second three dimensional image data by second image reconstruction processing of the X-ray projection data with a correction using a shift amount obtained based on the X-ray projection data and projected data of the one marker on a projected plane of the X-ray projection data.

    摘要: In an X-ray imaging apparatus according to an embodiment, a three-dimensional blood-vessel image collecting unit collects a three-dimensional blood vessel image. An X-ray image collecting unit collects an X-ray image. A composite-image creating unit then creates a three-dimensional projection image projected based on a state of the X-ray imaging apparatus from the collected three-dimensional blood vessel image, and creates a composite image of the created three-dimensional projection image and the X-ray image. A displacement determining unit then determines a displacement between an aneurysm on the three-dimensional projection image and the aneurysm on the X-ray image. Subsequently, a registration unit registers the composite image by using the determined displacement, and displays the registered composite image onto a display unit.
