摘要： The plate-making printing press is constructed by installing a plate-making apparatus in a printing press that supplies ink and dampening water to a printing plate and performs printing on a medium. In order to realize a high-precision plate-making operation, the printing press is equipped with a target disposed on the printing cylinder and a sensor for detecting the target and provided on the writing device, and the zero point of the encoder is corrected. Furthermore, at the time of plate-making, the adjustment mechanism is operated so that the printing cylinder is returned to the position of the point of origin.

摘要： The regenerative plate making and printing process, and plate making and printing apparatus of the present invention are applied to a printing system requiring a separate developing step independent of a printing step. In accordance with the present invention, by repeatedly conducting (A) a photosensitive layer-coating step of coating a photosensitive plate material onto a substrate to prepare a photosensitive lithographic plate having a photosensitive layer thereon; (B) an exposure step of exposing the photosensitive layer to image light; (C) a development step of supplying a plate-treating agent to the photosensitive layer to form developed images thereon; (D) a printing step of supplying a printing ink and dampening water to surfaces of the thus obtained images to conduct printing; and (E) a substrate regeneration step of removing the image portions from the substrate to regenerate the substrate, on the same rotary drum or conveyer, it is possible to considerably improve the working efficiency and stably provide high-quality images.

摘要： The invention relates to a print making apparatus and provides a technique which makes it possible to achieve a generally high processing speed without depending upon enhancement of the processing speed of individual processing apparatus. A number of stations (S1 to S4) at least equal to the number of steps of a plate making procedure are arranged in order, and a plurality of processing apparatus (30 to 34) corresponding one by one to the steps of the plate making procedure are disposed in order of the plate making procedure at the stations (S1 to S4). A transport apparatus (11) successively transports a plurality of printing plates (1) from one to another one of the stations in order of the plate making procedure.

摘要： The present invention relates to a printing method by an offset printing press and an offset printing press and has an object to carry out a substrate process for low-whiteness printing paper such as paper for newspaper with substrate treatment agent and to enhance the print quality while preventing appearance of muddiness in printing ink by the substrate treatment agent. The present invention is configured such that substrate treatment agent such as low-whiteness enhancement agent is supplied to a printing face of printing paper, and thereafter the substrate treatment agent supplied to the printing face is dried and then offset printing is carried out for the printing paper by a printing apparatus.

摘要： The invention relates to a printing method by an offset printing press and an offset printing press by which a substrate process is carried out for low-whiteness printing paper such as paper for newspaper with aqueous substrate treatment agent so that the print quality can be improved. In the invention, in order to suppress occurrence of a curl of printing paper, substrate treatment agent containing solid fine particles and a binder component is supplied to a printing face of printing paper, and the substrate treatment agent is dried to form a porous layer having a great number of holes having a smaller diameter than that of pigment contained in printing ink from the solid fine particles and the binder resin. Then, offset printing is carried out on the printing paper.
