    摘要: A display unit that secures favorable display performance and has a simple structure is provided. The display unit includes a multilayer structure in which an organic light emitting device group respectively having a plurality of organic light emitting devices that emits cyan light and a plurality of organic light emitting devices that emits magenta light and a color filter group having a plurality of blue filters that transmit blue light and a plurality of yellow filters that transmit yellow light are sequentially layered. In the display unit, the cyan light and the magenta light entering from the organic light emitting device group to the color filter group is converted to blue light by the blue filter, and is respectively converted to green light and red light by the yellow filter. Therefore, compared to a case that the organic light emitting device group emits white light, color separation is more facilitated.

    摘要: In a stacked display device with light-emitting units composed of organic layers and stacked together, the use of a stable material in at least a portion of a charge generation layer makes it possible to achieve improvements in environmental stability and also to attain an improvement in the efficiency of injection of charges from the charge generation layer into the light-emitting units. The display device can be readily fabricated. In a display device (11) provided with a plurality of light-emitting units (14-1)(14-2), each of which includes at least an organic light-emitting layer (14c), stacked together between a cathode (16) and an anode (13), and also with a charge generation layer (15) held between the respective light-emitting units (14-1)(14-2), at least a portion of the charge generation layer (15) is composed of an oxide or fluoride which contains at least one of alkali metals and alkaline earth metals.

    摘要: Provided is a display apparatus which can easily bond a drive panel (10) and a sealing panel (20) together. The drive panel (10) includes organic electroluminescence devices (10R), (10G) and (10B) on a substrate for drive (11) and extracts light from the side of the organic electroluminescence devices (10R), (10G) and (10B). The sealing panel (20) includes a color filter (22) on a substrate for sealing (21). The drive panel (10) and the sealing panel (20) are disposed to face each other, and the whole facing surfaces of the drive panel (10) and the sealing panel (20) are bonded together with an adhesive layer (30). The adhesive layer (30) is cured with at least heat, and is made of only one coating liquid or a combination of two or more coating liquids for curing. A temporary fixing portion (30A) is formed in an edge portion of the adhesive layer (30). The temporary fixing portion (30A) is made of, for example, an ultraviolet cure resin, and is formed so as to straddle between the sealing panel (20) and the drive panel to align their relative positions.
