摘要: This invention provides an optical film, which can freely regulate the tilt angle and can easily be manufactured without simultaneously regulating polymerization and mixing, and a method for manufacturing the same. The optical film is a film having birefringence. The film has been produced by association through an intermolecular hydrogen bond between at least two compounds having a refractive index anisotropy-providing structure and a proton-receptive group and at least one compound having a refractive index anisotropy-providing structure and a proton-providing group. The method for manufacturing the optical film comprises mixing at least two compounds having a refractive index anisotropy-providing structure and a proton-receptive group with at least one compound having a refractive index anisotropy-providing structure and a proton-providing group and forming a film from the mixture on an aligning film.

摘要: A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell, an impedance measuring instrument, and a control device. The control device is connected to the impedance measuring instrument. The impedance measuring instrument measures the impedance of the fuel cell according to the AC impedance method. The control device stores in advance a reference value corresponding to a reference hydrogen concentration. The control device compares the real part Z′ of impedance acquired via the impedance measuring instrument against the reference value. When Z′ is equal to or greater than the reference value, the control device estimates the hydrogen concentration of the fuel cell to be equal to or less than the reference hydrogen concentration.

摘要: A row scanning unit is configured to change a potential of a transfer signal from a second potential V2 to a third potential V3 prior to driving of a transfer operation for causing a transfer of signal charges from a photodiode to a floating diffusion, by supplying a transfer pulse having a first potential V1. The first potential V1 is a positive potential for turning a transfer transistor into ON state, the second potential V2 is a potential for causing pinning of holes under a gate of the transfer transistor and turning the transfer transistor into OFF state, and the third potential V3 is a potential for not causing the pinning of the holes under the gate of the transfer transistor and turning the transfer transistor into OFF state, the third potential being lower than the first potential and higher than the second potential.
