The resonator comprises a connecting portion and a body portion. The connecting portion is connected to the first plane. The connecting portion extends in the up-down direction beyond a second plane, which is a remaining one of the power plane and the ground plane, while not being in electrical contact with the second plane. The body portion is connected to the connecting portion while not being in contact with the second plane. The body portion is arranged so that the second plane is located between the body portion and the first plane in the up-down direction.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a thermoelectric conversion element that can demonstrate satisfactory thermoelectric conversion performance, and also has flexibility or can be mounted on a surface having irregularities or a curved surface, a method of manufacturing such a thermoelectric conversion element, and a method of using such a thermoelectric conversion element. A thermoelectric conversion element according to the present invention includes a columnar crystal ferrite layer and an electromotive film formed on the columnar crystal ferrite layer. The electromotive film is configured to generate an electromotive force in an in-plane direction by an inverse spin Hall effect. Columnar crystal grains of the columnar crystal ferrite layer include a major axis a of not less than 200 nm and a minor axis b of not more than 500 nm where a>b.

    摘要: An inductor comprises a magnetic core and a coil. The magnetic core has a wound portion around which the coil is wound, and a peripheral portion. The magnetic core is formed from two or more preliminarily-formed-bodies which are pressure-molded in a state where the coil winds one or more preliminarily-formed-bodies which form the wound portion. The preliminarily-formed-bodies include at least one preliminarily-formed-body which forms the peripheral portion while not form the wound portion. Each of the preliminarily-formed-bodies is made of a mixture of flat magnetic powders and an organic binder so as to have a plate-like shape. The flat magnetic powders are oriented so as to be parallel to the preliminarily-formed-body.
