Abstract:
There is provided a moving-body-abnormal-nearing detection system capable of determining whether abnormal nearing between moving bodies will occur in a short processing time. A projection matrix calculation means 71 calculates a first projection matrix indicating mapping from a 3D space onto a 2D plane based on period information of a first moving body and period information of a second moving body. An abnormal nearing determination means 72 maps the period information of the first moving body to a line segment in the 2D plane by use of the first projection matrix. It then determines whether abnormal nearing between the first moving body and the second moving body will occur by determining how a circle whose center is a passage position of the second moving body and whose radius takes a threshold as a determination standard as to whether abnormal nearing will occur crosses with the line segment.

In a schedule generation device (1) which performs a process of grouping a plurality of movement tasks in the units of a plurality of processing target movement tasks to which a crewmember successively transfers, first, a plurality of movement tasks are divided into a plurality of groups so that no movement task is doubly included in a plurality of groups, a movement task included in each group at this time is determined as an on-duty movement task which is boarded for duty by a crewmember allocated with each group to carry out a predetermined duty, and then an off-duty movement task is included in a group which requires an off-duty movement task.

A peripheral aircraft selection means maps a region in a 3D space defined by a start point of period information of the aircraft of interest, a point having the coordinate values of passage position coordinates at an end point of the period information and a lower limit arrival time, and a point having the coordinate values of passage position coordinates at the end point of the period information and an upper limit arrival time onto a 2D plane by use of a first projection matrix. The peripheral aircraft selection means then selects a peripheral aircraft which can abnormally near to the aircraft of interest by determining how the resultant region crosses with a circle whose center is a passage position of the peripheral aircraft and whose radius is a determination standard threshold as to whether abnormal nearing will occur.

Provided is an air traffic control assistance system whereby it is possible to display the reliability of an avoidance recommendation over time in a manner which is easily understood by an air traffic controller. For each combination of link information of an aircraft of interest and link information of an aircraft in the vicinity thereof, a graphic identification unit identifies a graphic which represents a prescribed range which is defined by the aircraft in the vicinity thereof, in a plane which includes a three-dimensional vector which is represented by the link information of the aircraft of interest and which is perpendicular to the x-y plane. When transforming a two-dimensional vector in an x-y plane from one fix of the aircraft of interest to the next fix to align in order along the x-axis, a transform matrix computation unit computes, for each two-dimensional vector, a transform matrix which represents a transform from a plane which contains the two-dimensional vector and is perpendicular to the x-y plane to a plane which is defined by the x-axis and a time axis. A display processing unit transforms the graphic, and displays a line which joins the fix and a point which is determined by the time whereat the aircraft of interest transects the fix, and the transformed graphic.

A data output device has an output means that arranges a plurality of objects, which indicate each of a plurality of pieces of travel task information including a departure point, a destination, a departure date and time, and an arrival date and time of a travel task, on a graph in which one axis represents a date and time or a time and the other axis represents the sum of a first amount of time that it takes for crew members at a predetermined base location to travel to the departure point of a target travel task specified by travel task information and a second amount of time that it takes for crew members arrived at the destination of the travel task to travel to the base location, and outputs the graph.
