摘要： An arrangement (20) for covering connecting points of electrical lines (2a-2c) in a moisture tight manner is indicated. The electrical conductors (3a-3d) of at least one first electrical line (1) are connected to the electrical conductors (4a-4f) with at least two further electrical lines (2a-2c). The connecting point is surrounded by a prefabricated housing (10) consisting of a mechanically stable synthetic material. The interior of the housing (10) is completely enclosed by a sealing material produced by injection molding which extends to both sides of the housing (10) up to the lines protruding beyond the housing (1, 2a-2c).

摘要： A coupling part for an electrical line (1) is indicated. The electrical line has at least two wires (2, 3) consisting of insulated electrical conductors and one jacket (4) of insulation material surrounding the wires jointly. The coupling part has an insulator (5) having a receiving side and an oppositely lying plug-in side and throughholes (7, 8), in which are arranged insulated electrical contact elements (9, 10) relative to each other, to which in the mounted position the electrical conductors of the line (1) are connected on the receiving side of the insulator (5). A surrounding prefabricated housing (6) composed of insulation material is mounted over the connecting point of the conductors and contact elements, so that on the one side it stretches up to and over the insulator (5) and on the other side up to and over toe line (1). The inner space of the housing, in the area of the line (1) extending into the housing (6), up until the insulator (5), is completely filled with a thermoplastic glue on the basis of polyamide which adheres tightly and moisture-proof on the enclosed wires (2, 3) of the line (1) and the housing (6) of the coupling part, as well as on the jacket (4) of the protruding line (1) in the housing (6), and which also rests as a type of bulge (12) against the housing (6). The wires (2, 3) of the line (1) extending into the throughholes of the insulator are each surrounded by a seal which lies tightly to the wires on one side and the walls of the throughholes on the other side.

Conductors (108, 110) which open into the first and second contact pins (112, 114) extend from the first and from the second side of the connecting element, the conductors (108, 110) which lie on the opposite sides of the connecting element (102) being connected to the connecting element (102) in a manner which is offset with respect to one another in such a way that the imaginary straight extension of a conductor (108, 110) runs on the one side of the connecting element (102) next to one or between two conductors (108, 110) on the opposite side of the connecting element (102). The first contact pins (112) are connected via an offset region (132) to the first conductors (108) which extend from the first side of the connecting element (102), which offset region (132) compensates for the offset of the first and second conductors (108, 110) on the connecting element (102).

摘要： A protective element for manufacturing circuit boards is provided, where conductors are fastened to the contacts of the conductors. The protective element includes recesses which are configured for arranging a conductor each, and the protective element can be arranged adjacent a support. The recesses of the protective element are arranged in a first position in alignment with the recesses of the support and in a second position at an angle relative to the recesses of the support. Preferably, the protective element has at least one hinge section which is configured for interacting with a complimentary hinge section of a support which can be mounted against the protective element, where pivoting of the protective element against the support about the pivoting axis of the interacting hinge sections moves the protective element on the support from the first position into the second position.
