摘要: Provided is a method for producing a circuit board assembly, capable of effectively suppressing the deterioration of the battery performance in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment that can occur due to reflow soldering, while employing reflow soldering. The production method includes connecting a lithium ion secondary battery to a circuit board by reflow soldering, wherein the lithium ion secondary battery has a state of charge (SOC) of 30 to 100% during reflow soldering.

The lithium ion secondary battery has a main region where all of the positive electrode layer, the negative electrode layer, and the separator overlap and a peripheral region which is devoid of at least one of the positive electrode layer, the negative electrode layer, and the separator, wherein a battery bulge ratio that is the ratio of the maximum thickness of the lithium ion secondary battery in the main region to the minimum thickness of the lithium ion secondary battery in the main region is 1.01 to 1.25.

摘要: Provided is a lithium ion secondary battery including (a) a unit cell including a positive electrode layer composed of a lithium complex oxide sintered body, a negative electrode layer composed of a titanium-containing sintered body, a ceramic separator interposed therebetween, and an electrolyte, (b) a current collecting layer on each of both sides or the surface on the negative electrode layer side of the unit cell, and (c) an exterior body including a closed space, which accommodates the unit cell. The positive electrode layer, the ceramic separator, the negative electrode layer, and the current collecting layer form one integrated sintered body as a whole, whereby these components are bonded together, and in cross-sectional observation of the interface between the current collecting layer and the negative electrode layer, the proportion of the region in which these layers are in direct contact at the interface is 45 to 90%.
