    Abstract: A motor has a rotor and a stator surrounding the rotor; a transmission mechanism having gears; a housing having a motor accommodating portion accommodating the motor, and a gear accommodating portion accommodating the transmission mechanism; a fluid stored in the housing; and a flow path through which the fluid flows. The housing has a side wall portion that defines an internal space of the motor accommodating portion and an internal space of the gear accommodating portion. The flow path includes an intra-housing flow path disposed in an internal space of the motor accommodating portion and provided with a feed hole for ejecting a fluid. A bearing holder that supports the shaft of the transmission mechanism via a bearing is provided on a gear facing surface of the side wall portion facing the transmission mechanism. The feed hole faces the bearing via an opening provided in the side wall portion.

    Abstract: A drive apparatus includes a motor, a housing having a motor accommodating portion, and a flow path for a fluid. The housing includes first and second side walls opposite along an axial direction of the motor and extending along a plane orthogonal to the motor axis, and a peripheral wall surrounding the motor. The flow path includes a first intra-side wall path provided in the first side wall, a first intra-housing path connected to the first intra-side wall path and extending inside the motor accommodating portion along the axial direction, a second intra-side wall path connected to the first intra-housing path and provided in the second side wall, and a second intra-housing path connected to the second intra-side wall path and extending inside the motor accommodating portion along the axial direction. The first and second intra-housing paths are provided with feed holes for feeding fluid to the motor.

    Abstract: One aspect of a drive apparatus of the present invention includes a motor having a rotor that rotates about a motor axis and a stator that surrounds the rotor, a housing having a motor accommodating portion that accommodates the motor, a fluid stored in the housing, a flow path through which the fluid flows, and a pump that pressure-feeds the fluid in the flow path. The flow path includes a pipe-shaped intra-housing flow path that is disposed inside the motor accommodating portion and is provided with a feed hole for feeding the fluid to the motor, a pipe portion that is disposed inside the motor accommodating portion and relays between the pump and the intra-housing flow path, and an intra-side wall flow path that is provided in a wall portion of the housing and connects the pipe portion and the intra-housing flow path. The pipe portion and the intra-housing flow path are connected to each other by a coupling portion.

    Abstract: A rotating electrical machine includes an electricity removal device in electrical contact with a shaft and a housing, a channel, a nozzle having a through hole communicating with an inside of the shaft, and a seal radially between the shaft and the housing. The shaft includes a hollow first portion and a second portion having a lid on a first side of the first portion and an extension extending from the lid to the first side. The extension axially passes through the through hole. The device is in contact with the extension on the first side relative to the through hole. The seal is on the first side relative to the nozzle and on the second side relative to the device. The shaft includes a channel communicating the first portion and the through hole. The channel opens toward an axial gap between the nozzle and the seal of the housing.

The bearing is held in the peripheral wall and is positioned away on the second side of the device. The cover is axially between the bearing and the device. The channel is opened in a portion positioned on the second side relative to the cover inside the peripheral wall.

    Abstract: A transmission mechanism device of an aspect of the present invention includes a motor, a transmission mechanism including a plurality of gears, a first shaft and a bearing supporting the first shaft and transmitting power of the motor, a housing that accommodates the transmission mechanism and holds the bearing on an inner face, oil that collects in a lower region inside the housing, a catch tank that is disposed inside the housing and opens upward, an oil passage through which the oil passes, and an oil pump provided in the oil passage. The oil passage has a first path connecting the oil pump and the catch tank and a scooping path for scooping the oil by rotation of the gear to guide the scooped oil to the catch tank. The catch tank includes a feed portion for supplying the oil to the gear or the bearing.
