Abstract: A drive device includes a transmission in a housing, and a flow path. The transmission includes a shaft and a bearing supporting the shaft. The housing has a bearing holding portion that includes a facing surface on a first side in an axial direction with respect to an end on the first side of the shaft and orthogonal to the axial direction, and an inner surface extending from the facing surface to the other, second side in the axial direction and supporting the bearing. The flow path includes an inflow portion and an outflow portion below the inflow portion, both open to the inner surface. The facing surface has a rib protruding to the second side and orthogonal to the axial direction. At least a part of the rib is below the inflow portion, and at least a part of the rib covers the outflow portion from above.

Abstract: A drive apparatus includes a motor, a housing having a motor accommodating portion, and a flow path for a fluid. The housing includes first and second side walls opposite along an axial direction of the motor and extending along a plane orthogonal to the motor axis, and a peripheral wall surrounding the motor. The flow path includes a first intra-side wall path provided in the first side wall, a first intra-housing path connected to the first intra-side wall path and extending inside the motor accommodating portion along the axial direction, a second intra-side wall path connected to the first intra-housing path and provided in the second side wall, and a second intra-housing path connected to the second intra-side wall path and extending inside the motor accommodating portion along the axial direction. The first and second intra-housing paths are provided with feed holes for feeding fluid to the motor.

Abstract: A motor includes a rotor, a stator, and first and second bus bar disposed on one side in an axial direction of the stator. The stator includes a winding portion including conductor connection bodies in which conductors are connected in series and a stator core having slots through which the conductor connection body passes. The winding portion includes a coil end located on one side in the axial direction of the stator core. The conductor connection body includes first and second ends located at an outermost circumference in the radial direction of the coil end. The first bus bar is connected to the first end. The second bus bar is connected to the second end. The first bus bar is located on one side in the axial direction of the coil end. The second bus bar is located on the radial outside of the coil end.

Abstract: In a drive apparatus, a pump includes an external gear fixed to an end portion of a motor shaft on a first axial side, an internal gear surrounding the external gear on a radially outer side thereof to mesh with the external gear, a pump chamber to house the internal gear and the external gear, a suction inlet to suck an oil into the pump chamber, and a discharge outlet to discharge the oil from inside the pump chamber. The housing includes an outer cover to cover the motor shaft on the first axial side and having the pump chamber defined therein, and a first oil passage defined in the outer cover and connected to the discharge outlet. The motor shaft includes a second oil passage in an interior of the motor shaft and connected to the first oil passage, and a first through hole to connect the second oil passage to an outer circumferential surface of the motor shaft. The first oil passage is located on the first axial side of the pump chamber. The second oil passage opens into the first oil passage at the end portion of the motor shaft on the first axial side.

Abstract: A motor includes a rotor to rotate about a motor axis, and a stator radially outside of the rotor. The rotor includes a shaft extending along the motor axis, a rotor core surrounding the shaft from radially outside, a plate-shaped end plate at an axial end portion of the rotor core, and a cover portion at the axial end portion of the rotor core with the end plate intervening between the cover portion and the rotor core. The end plate includes a plate through hole extending in an axial direction, a first recessed portion extending radially inward from the plate through hole, and a second recessed portion extending radially outward from the plate through hole. The first recessed portion opens radially inward in the end plate. The first recessed portion includes an axially-facing opening covered with the rotor core. The first line segment extends substantially along a vertical direction. The second line segment extends substantially along a horizontal direction.

The seal is on the first side relative to the nozzle and on the second side relative to the device. The shaft includes a channel communicating the first portion and the through hole. The channel opens toward an axial gap between the nozzle and the seal of the housing.

Abstract: In a motor, a stator includes: a stator core having slots arranged in a circumferential direction; and conductor connection bodies with conductors connected in series and inserted into the slots. A conductor connection body includes: a first portion wave-wound toward one side in the circumferential direction from a first end to a second end; a second portion wave-wound toward the one side in the circumferential direction from a third end to a fourth end; and a folded portion connecting the first and second portions. The first and third ends protrude in an axial direction from different slots in the circumferential direction, and the second and fourth ends protrude in the axial direction from different slots in the circumferential direction. The conductors include a folded conductor that forms a folded portion connecting the second end of the first portion and the fourth end of the second portion.
