Abstract: In a method for producing a bonded body, a bonding step includes a supporting step of mounting a laminate on a support device, and a pressing step of pressing the laminate. A pressing member of the support device is a transparent glass plate formed in a circular shape. A sealing member of the support device is configured to circularly surround the laminate between the pressing member and the base member. The pressing step lowers the atmospheric pressure in the housing space by an atmospheric pressure adjusting device, thereby causing the pressing member to adhere to the sealing member and pressing the laminate with the pressing member.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a bonded body includes a preparation step of interposing a sealing material containing glass between a highly thermal conductive substrate and a glass substrate, and a bonding step of forming a sealing layer by irradiating the sealing material with laser light. The bonding step includes a first heating step of preheating the sealing material at a temperature lower than a softening point of the sealing material or a temperature at which the sealing material is prevented from softening and flowing by irradiation with the laser light, and a second heating step of heating, after the first heating step, the sealing material at a temperature equal to or higher than the softening point of the sealing material or a temperature at which the sealing material softens and flows by irradiation with the laser light.

Abstract: A technical object of the present invention is to devise a method by which bonding strength between an element base and a sealing material layer can be increased without thermal degradation of a member to be housed inside, to thereby improve long-term reliability of a hermetic package. A method of producing a hermetic package of the present invention includes the steps of: preparing a ceramic base and forming a sealing material layer on the ceramic base; preparing a glass substrate and arranging the ceramic base and the glass substrate so that the glass substrate is brought into contact with the sealing material layer on the ceramic base; and irradiating the sealing material layer with laser light from a glass substrate side to seal the ceramic base and the glass substrate with each other through intermediation of the sealing material layer, to thereby provide a hermetic packages.

Abstract: A method of producing a hermetic package of the present invention includes the steps of: preparing a ceramic base; preparing a glass cover; forming, on the glass cover, a sealing material layer having a total light transmittance in a thickness direction at a wavelength of laser light to be radiated of 10% or more and 80% or less; arranging the glass cover and the ceramic base so that the glass cover and the ceramic base are laminated on each other through intermediation of the sealing material layer; and irradiating the sealing material layer with the laser light from a glass cover side to soften and deform the sealing material layer, to thereby hermetically integrate the ceramic base and the glass cover with each other to obtain a hermetic package.
