Abstract:
A blow mold unit including a blow mold including first and second blow cavity split molds and a plurality of raised bottom molds, first and second pressure receiving plates, a first fixing plate to which the first blow cavity split mold and the first pressure receiving plate are fixed, a second fixing plate to which the second blow cavity split mold and the second pressure receiving plate are fixed, a third fixing plate interposed between the first and second fixing plates and to which the plurality of raised bottom molds are fixed at a first surface thereof, a shaft portion extending vertically from a second surface of the third fixing plate, an elevation guide block fixed to one of the first and second fixing plates and elevation guiding the shaft portion, and an elevating rod extending vertically from the second surface. There is also a blow molding machine which includes the blow mold unit.
Abstract:
In one embodiment of this invention, a blow nozzle, which introduces blow air into a molded article in which a flange portion is supported by a blow cavity mold, includes a nozzle main body and an outer nozzle. The outer nozzle includes a first surface brought into press contact with the flange portion and a second surface disposed further outwards in a radial direction than the first surface and being brought into contact with the blow cavity mold. From when the nozzle main body is moved and the first surface is brought into contact with the flange portion to when the second surface is brought into contact with the blow cavity mold and the movement of the nozzle main body is stopped, the first surface of the outer nozzle is overdriven so that the flange portion is airtightly sealed by the first surface.
Abstract:
A container with a handle, in which a handle is engaged with a portion of the container, is manufactured by arranging the handle in a handle arrangement part, inserting a bottomed tubular preform into a cavity of a mold and performing blow molding. The mold includes an inner wall surface that forms an external shape of the container and a pressurizing member that forms a handle engaging part engaging with the handle to a portion of the container, and the pressurizing member is capable of moving between a first position which is a position at an outer side of the inner wall surface and a second position at which a portion of the inner wall surface is formed.
Abstract:
A blow molding method includes a primary blow molding step that molds a preform (200) in a primary blow mold (300A) that includes a primary temperature control section (330) to obtain an intermediate molded article (202), a shrinkage step that discharges blow air from the intermediate molded article to shrink the intermediate molded article, and a secondary blow molding step that blow-molds the intermediate molded article (204) that has shrunken in a secondary blow mold that includes a secondary temperature control section (430) to obtain a final molded article. The primary blow molding step cools a first intermediate molding region of the intermediate molded article that follows a neck using a first primary temperature control section, and the shrinkage step shrinks a second intermediate molding region of the intermediate molded article of which the temperature is controlled by a second primary temperature control section.

Abstract:
A blow mold unit in which, when clamping first and second blow cavity split molds which are fixed to first and second fixing plates and bottom molds which are fixed to a bottom mold fixing plate, pressure receiving members fixed to the first and second fixing plates are brought into engagement with the bottom plate fixing plate. Guide plates are fixed to the bottom mold fixing plate, and guided members capable of being brought into abutment with the guide plates are supported by first and second pressure receiving plates. The bottom mold fixing plate includes a first connecting portion to be connected to a bottom mold opening/closing unit and a second connecting portion to be connected to a moving and biasing member.

Abstract:
In an embodiment, a neck mold assembly includes N rows of holding plates, each of the N rows of holding plates holding a plurality of neck molds. The neck mold assembly also includes a supporting-mechanism that supports the N rows of holding plates. The supporting mechanism includes at least one reinforcement shaft that is provided along a row direction of the N rows of holding plates, and two first securing sections that are secured at either end of the at least one reinforcement shaft. Each of the N rows of holding plates has at least one first through-hole that receives the at least one reinforcement shaft.
