Abstract:
A manufacturing method of a resin container having a light-transmitting region and a non-light-transmitting region extending in an axial direction includes: a first injection molding step of injection-molding a first layer of a preform having a convex portion extending in the axial direction using a first resin material having a light-transmitting property; a second injection molding step of injecting a colored second resin material on a surface side on which the convex portion of the first layer is formed and laminating a colored second layer in a region excluding the convex portion of the first layer while exposing the convex portion in the axial direction; and a blow molding step of blow-molding the preform in a state of having residual heat from injection molding.
Abstract:
A blow molding method includes: performing a primary blowing on a resin preform to form an intermediate molded product; and performing a final blowing on the intermediate molded product to form a final molded product, and at least one step of performing the primary blowing and the final blowing includes a thinning step of continuously repeatedly performing, within a predetermined time, steps of: stretching an object by blowing; and contracting stretched parts of the object by exhausting blown air.
Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a resin container, the method including: injection-molding a bottomed preform made of resin; and blow-molding the preform to manufacture a resin container, in which the injection molding includes filling a cavity formed by at least an injection core mold and an injection cavity mold with a molten resin to form the preform, and a first groove that extends from a bottom portion defining portion to a neck portion defining portion is formed in a surface of the body portion defining portion of the injection core mold.
Abstract:
A method of manufacturing an off-center container includes: stretching a preform made of resin having a bottomed shape with a stretching rod, heating the preform; and blow-molding the off-center container, in which a central axis of a neck portion is displaced from a central axis of a body portion, by introducing a pressurized fluid into the preform disposed in a mold. The container has a flat shape and a dimension in a first direction in a cross section is longer than in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. In a circumferential cross section of the preform, a thickness of a first region corresponding to a surface extending in the first direction of the container is set to be thicker than a thickness of a second region corresponding to a surface extending in the second direction of the container.
Abstract:
A manufacturing method for manufacturing a container with a handle, the method including a primary blow molding step of blow-molding a preform made of a polyethylene terephthalate resin to mold an intermediate molded body, and a secondary blow molding step of assembling the handle to a container body, which is made of the intermediate molded body expanded inside a blow mold, by arranging the intermediate molded body inside the blow mold which holds the handle by an inner surface thereof and blow-molding the intermediate molded body in a state where the handle is brought close to the intermediate molded body.
