Abstract: A forming mold is used when forming a preform, which has a neck portion and a barrel portion, and whose barrel portion is filled with a molding material over the entire axial direction thereof, by injection molding; forming a space part in the barrel portion of the preform to convert the preform into an intermediate molded product; and blow-molding the intermediate molded product to form a hollow container which is a final molded product. The forming mold is equipped with a boring rod which is inserted from the neck portion side into the barrel portion of the preform to form the space part of at least a predetermined depth in the barrel portion.

Abstract: A manufacturing device of the present invention includes an intermediate molded body mold having a first accommodating space capable of accommodating a plurality of preforms, each preform having a mouth portion and a trunk portion; an intermediate molded body blowing unit configured to blow gas into the plurality of preforms arranged in the first accommodating space to inflate the plurality of preforms, thereby manufacturing an intermediate molded body having a connection portion formed by the trunk portions of the plurality of preforms welded to each other; a final molded body mold having a second accommodating space larger than the first accommodating space; and a final molded body blowing unit configured to blow gas into the intermediate molded body arranged in the second accommodating space to inflate the intermediate molded body, thereby forming an exterior shape of a multiple-chamber container.

Abstract: A hollow container manufacturing method comprises; an injection molding step of forming a preform having a neck portion and a barrel portion, at least a part of the barrel portion being solid, by injection molding; an intermediate product formation step of inserting a boring rod 134 from the neck portion side into the barrel portion 23 to form a space pare of at least a predetermined depth in the barrel portion, thereby converting the preform into an intermediate molded product; and a final blow molding step of blow-molding the intermediate molded product within a final blow mold to form a hollow container which is a final molded product.
