摘要: A decorative film for insert molding includes a gravure-printed graphic layer and a light-transmissive patterned layer and has high dimensional accuracy and delicate and rich tone expression. A multilayer film includes first and second layers containing an acrylic-based resin, and a polycarbonate resin layer located between the first and second layers and containing a polycarbonate-based resin. The multilayer film is transmissive to visible light. A first gravure print layer is located on a first main surface of the multilayer film, includes a first graphic layer, and is transmissive. A backer film contains a polycarbonate-based resin and is transmissive. The first graphic layer includes a first image at a predetermined position in a three-dimensional shape of a decorative film formed in the three-dimensional shape. A patterned layer includes a pattern patterned to allow visible light to pass through the first image at the predetermined position in the three-dimensional shape.

摘要: A decorative film for insert molding includes a gravure-printed graphic layer and a light-transmissive patterned layer with high dimensional accuracy and has a reduced flow of gravure ink in manufacturing of a polycarbonate resin molded product. A multilayer film transmissive to visible light includes two acrylic resin layers and a first polycarbonate resin layer containing a polycarbonate-based resin and located between the acrylic resin layers. The gravure print layer includes a graphic layer with a gravure-printed graphic element. A first backer film contains an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene-based (ABS-based) resin transmissive to visible light. A second backer film includes two additional resin layers and a second polycarbonate resin layer located between the two additional acrylic resin layers. A light-transmissive patterned layer is located to allow visible light to pass through a predetermined portion in the graphic layer.

摘要: A decorative molded article transmits a radio wave handled by a radar device as a wireless device and illuminates a specific portion by a light irradiated from a light emitting device. A first reflective layer is formed to have a first opening portion in a back surface of a molded body, reflects light incident from the first opening portion, and transmits the millimeter wave. A first coloring unit transmits the millimeter wave and colors the light incident from the first opening portion to generate a first colored light. A shielding layer of a decorative sheet is fixedly secured to a translucent film, transmits the millimeter wave, and shields the first colored light. The shielding layer has a second opening portion arranged in the specific portion of the translucent film to take out the first colored light from the molded body to a front of a front surface.

摘要: A display panel is attached to an appliance that includes first and second light sources, in which one of the first and second light sources is capable of being turned off when the other is turned on. The display panel basically includes a molded body, a front-side decorative layer, and a sheet-like member. The display panel is capable of individually illuminating a plurality of graphics, which is simultaneously molded and decorated, with light passing through a molded resin. In particular, a first graphic is illuminated in a first window by turning on the first light source, while a first back-side light-shielding region and a second front-side light-shielding region prevent a second graphic from being illuminated. The second graphic is illuminated in a second window by turning on the second light source, while a second back-side light-shielding region and a first front-side light-shielding region prevent the first graphic from being illuminated.
