Abstract: The workpiece protection sheet is used between a suction table and a workpiece in a state where the workpiece protection sheet is sucked to the suction table when the workpiece is pressed on the suction table. The workpiece protection sheet includes a base layer and an ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene porous layer, an air permeability in a thickness direction of the workpiece protection sheet measured such that the base layer side is at an upstream side of airflow during measuring is 4000 seconds/100 mL or more as represented by a Gurley air permeability measured according to Method B of air permeability measurement specified in JIS L1096, a suction surface to be sucked to the suction table is composed of the base layer, and a contact surface to be in contact with the workpiece is composed of the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene porous layer.

Abstract: A heat-resistant release sheet is configured to be disposed, when a resin or a target including a resin is used in a step involving heating and melting of the resin, between the resin or the target and a member to be brought into contact with the resin or the target to prevent direct contact between the resin or the target and the member. The sheet includes a skived sheet including polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or a modified PTFE. A content of a tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) unit in the modified PTFE is 99 mass % or more. In each of two directions being in-plane directions of the heat-resistant release sheet and being perpendicular to each other, a rate of dimensional shrinkage induced by heating at 175° C. for 30 minutes is more than 0%. The sheet includes the skived sheet including the heat-resistant resin but prevents occurrence of problems attributable to inclusion of the skived sheet.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a suction fixing sheet to be placed on a suction surface of a suction device to prevent contact between a suction target and the suction surface, the suction fixing sheet including: a porous sheet having air permeability in its thickness direction; and an adhesive layer having air permeability in its thickness direction and disposed on one surface of the porous sheet; wherein the adhesive layer includes a crosslinked adhesive agent, and sucked force obtained for the suction fixing sheet when the sheet area is 100 cm2, the sucked force being measured by a predetermined method, is 450 N or more. The suction fixing sheet of the present invention can suppress a decrease in processing accuracy of a suction target even when the sheet is used under high temperature conditions.

The ratio of the thickness of the porous sheet to the thickness of the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet or the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 8.0 or more.
